Re: TUTORIAL - How to Turn 0.01 BTC into 10 BTC in 2 Days (ebook)
by
TheRealJonnySmithers
on 16/12/2015, 05:14:05 UTC
...do you guarantee that I will make 10 BTC from 0.01 BTC , if so i will purchase the book right now. But if I fail to make 10 BTC u will have to assist me by coming to teamviewer or any such and make me have 10 btc from 0.01 , ok ?

If you agree to these and guarantee I will not fail then please PM me. Else if you cannot guarantee its a sort of risky altcoin trading or gambling.

Commodities is mainly suitable to be invested by institutions. The commodity price is cyclical, ordinary people cannot grasp the peak and bottom. The main benefit of commodity investment is a hedge against inflation.
I see. I was thinking along the lines of gold bars and silver coins rather than crude oil. What are the cons to investing in them?

The best investment according to me is patience...
I know it sucks when you need to remain silent on few things, but you will need to currently wait and watch the markets as I feel if you are into Bitcoins and want to invest in it, better stay away from it currently as you don't know what will be the lows these days...
You should wait till the first 20 days of November, then you can go ahead and get some good amount of BTC at lower rates because that's when the real manipulation game starts... Wink

How Much Bitcoins Do You Have?

From a single satoshi to 0.15 BTC now. Two years passively managed, basically doing nothing but exchanging and gambling here and there

For those who invest actively in Bitcoin how long did it take on average to profit 1 BTC just by trading?

As the title says, where can I store my btc safely? Like a cold storage or something, but i dont get the idea of it... Also when it is safe, I want to deposit to it, is that possible?
Definitely Coinbase. I've been using it for a year or so now and have no problem with it.
It's secure and very easy to use. Has "My Vault" aside from "My Wallet" for safer storage.

Noted! Thank you all. It seems like real estate is the better investment for long-term and bitcoins for short.
What about commodities? I don't see people investing in them much.

OP you need to stop posting out of this thread to get account unbanned.  You are posting all over that is ban evasion.

You are the first person I have seen trying to get un-banned and also join a sig campaign whall still banned - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1236279.msg12905504#msg12905504

*Edit minifrij beat me by a few seconds posting it.  Above is link to it.  I have a feeling perma ban on new account is coming.
Gotcha. No more sig campaigns for me, and I'll completely disregard the old account. Thank you for all your help.

Just a suggestion, you probably shouldn't continue to try and use this account as per normal without confirmation from the staff. As previously stated, it may be counted as Ban Evasion and may hinder progress on getting your account back significantly.
While your ban does seem to be a special circumstance, it's still better to be safe than sorry.
The "JonnySmithers" account or this account?

What are your investment aims?

Property can be horrifically illiquid.
I'm looking for both short-term and long-term. I'd like to start out with the shorter term until I'm comfortable enough to move onto longer/larger investments. Not focusing much on risky ones with higher yields, just something that can give me a stable source of side income however small it may be.

As for the UK, property could give you decent return in relatively short time. Aim for cheaper houses (< GBP 100k, affordable for first time buyers), preferably repossessed by bank, located within less than 1 hour drive from the town centre of any major city. Don't do any major work on it, just refresh the look, give it a proper cleaning and re-paint.

If you're lucky, you can pocket out 30-50% profit in few months. If you struggle to sell, you can always try to rent it out.

As for Bitcoin. Definitely too risky to invest large % of your wealth in it. But as someone said on this forum: you have to be clinically retarded not to own some, just in case.
Haha best one yet

Honest answer? Tiny apartments near massive, stable job creation locations bought during a recession. At larger scales, industrial real estate. And in my personal opinion, Bitcoin (very long-term). The rest is tricky and I personally try to stay away from other investments.
If you have money on the side that you can without then invest some amount and forget about it. Like deliciousowl has said, this is a very long-term investment that's about 50%-50% at the moment but with a huge potential well worth a risk in my opinion.

This doesn't have to be a big amount, but get some.
I think that real estate in strategic locations can be very profitable. You really have to do your homework on that one.

Bitcoin is in theory a good investment but I suppose we do not know what will happen.
All are really good tips. Which one would you say is relatively the shorter investment?
