Where can I find REAL and promising projects???`
by
TheSnappyTrader

Seems like everything is just the next ridiculous scam ICO. I mean the claims are outrageous with ridiculously idiotic roadmaps. Where the heck can I learn about REAL viable projects that are truly looking to change something. They don't have to change the world; I just want to find projects with good teams who are actually doing work instead of cashing out. I know they're few and far between, but where do you guys find that news? The ANN page, while it was always saturated with junk is now like wading through a garage sale being thrown by 1,000 of the worlds worst hoarders and trying to find one very specific item.

Guys there was no premine. I know first hand because I mined from pretty much the first second the pool was open and can tell you that any old regular joe was able to mine and still is.
Read what I posted. There was no premine just problem with difficulty adjustment that allows 900,000+ coins to be mined in the first 24 hours.

Yes man, I get that, but whats important is who mined those 900,000 see?

Instead of the hands of one (Satoshi) or solely a dev team. The coins were mined by regular people like us including the dev team all at once. They did as they promised with no premine. It was an open landrun free for all mine. Bro get what I'm saying. YOU could have even mined part of them. Whats most important is what people decide to do with them. Its not absolutely doomed to fail and dump. If there is a concensus to hold and let the project flourish (there is) then the mined coins won't enter the market right away and kill the coin.

Can someone explain to me how this is a scam? I see a working network and crypto. Where does the scam part come in? Did they steal private keys or something? Even if they premined 90% of the coins how is that scamming you? I thought in a scam there was a victim who loses money TO the scammer. Some of you idiots have just lost money to the free market and have no sense of responsibility for your own dumbass actions! “But I trusted the team”...You don’t know them at all so stop trusting in these coins ffs and then crying when it doesn’t hit the moon. It’s been less than 2 months for crying out loud!

Are the Antminers still worth purchasing?
by

So, after reading all over the web there is such a mix of opinions of whether or not mining can still be worth it.

Here's what I'm wondering. The Antminers keep coming out and don't even ship for months. To me it seems like by the time you get one the difficulty will make it only profitable for a short time or obsolete very soon. Is it even worth purchasing one or these or what? Let's assume electricity is cheap or even free.

Re: What do you think about DeepOnion?
by

I don't think DeepOnion offers something that is needed in crypto so I don't see it going super far, but that's just my opinion. On the other hand they have a strong community. Like someone said earlier just use what people suggest to spark a thought in your head, but don't base any moves on what people say. Check out the website, roadmaps and whitepapers and ask yourself what problem does the coin solve.

2nd that on Cofound.it. Cofound will also supposedly to be a good place to eventually find great new projects to invest in aside from getting your own funded eventually.

If everything were to happen this way and people needed to purchase crypto how many would understand it or could the existing websites and companies handle that much volume that quickly? I think about this often.

Bought a light up one for my kid. Spun it a few times myself just to say I did, but it ends there. I sure wish I invented the idea though!
