You are sending the coins to an ethereum contract, so everytging happens automatically
The contract is public so people know how it works and that it automatically does what is described here
That why it is safe - i dont have controls of the funds

But this game is rigged. Most of the payouts are later transferred to the same ETH addres and/or originated from it. It means the creator is making artificial movements. Some people paid in and will not get their money back.
