That doesn't sound promising. I know your negative trust has been addressed but honestly it can get on c-cex for free. Makes it feel fishy to say after ICO well get on c-cex.
If you can get BlackCoinLite on c-cex for free then I say do it! Its normal practice to get listed on an exchange after the ICO period, nothing fishy about it. Could be your ignorance playing part here.

that just make it worse. coins that can be acquired for free only makes the coin less valuable. maybe even worth nothing in the end.
