The difficulty is a new algo, the difficulty number in this coin is the equivalent to half of the normal difficulty if we have 100 then its 50, sometimes it can climb higher, but you can expect that the average block time will be always 3 minutes.

Another update; Since our block time is 3 minutes and our max coin supply is 33 millions, to mine the first 20 millions will take at least 10 years so we may reduce our max supply to around 15 millions.
