I don't get it either, there are no transaction troubles anymore, which means that bitcoin will only gain traction. I think selling is senseless now, there was a point in selling 4 weeks ago, though, and buying BTC 2 days ago. Now the smartest decision I see is just a long-term hold and occasional trading.

I know that your depress because many people are selling their bitcoin but that's their decision but I don't worry about this kind of situation because I know for a fact that bitcoin will rise again.

You have to understand clearly what does HODL Means! There has a proverb like this " HODL is Gold" If you want to make money through trade then you have two options! If you are a good trader then Trade lively and don't HODL but if you aren't enough good in live trading or if you haven't much time to do this then You may HODL for a long time. HODL means isn't like that you are holding coins then after two days later you will see price increases then if you go for sale then that is not HODL Actually.

Just hodl your coins and forget about reent market . You may make good money after a few months later when the market will stabilize. Good Luck

Well, I don't think that you need to forget about holding in order to buy. You can actually hold your bitcoins and invest more in it using your money, in that way you will get even more profit. Why do you think people should forget holding and cash out their bitcoins? If people do that they might suffer from a loss depending on when they invested. So It would be better to keep holding and invest more if you want.
