It seems like --enable-nv-hotfix helped the miner from crashing/idling. I'll update more on how long the miner has been running but it's been on for 3-4 hours without stopping.

I downloaded the latest version, 0.12 and it still seems to crash/attempt to reconnect every couple hours and it stays that way. I have to manually restart it every couple hours. It's a potential problems to fix. I'm using nvidia gpu with windows 10.

I've used lolminer with one gpu on windows and it seems to crash frequently. Every couple of hours, I have to reset the miner. Hope to see updates to fix the problems.

It started and seems like it's working. I'm getting Way more Sol than mxminer so Kudos to you sir! I hope you make better improvements to this miner and people will recognize it!

Charlie Lee's gradual stepping away from Litecoin is to make it more decentralized. He realizes that he has too much influence over Litecoin and he wants to change that. IMO, I think Charlie is doing a good thing for the LTC community. He'll still be around but not as a dominating figure.

I hope the best for the MinexTeam during the holidays! I do want to see some progress regarding exchanges and partnerships but I think we'll have a great year! Cheers to 2018!

In my opinion, investing in altcoins is good and bad. In the long term, it's better to invest in BTC but you can make some great gains, swing trading alts. Basically, buy alts to get more BTC in the end. I see couple long term hodl altcoins but they are hard to come by.

Some of my favorite are Litecoin, PAY, and ICON.

Litecoin is a fast and low fee currency that fulfills Bitcoin's functions better. A bit more centralized because Charlie Lee guides the direction but I'm like the way it's going.

PAY is the TenX token, Multi-crypto card that aims to make crypto spendable. Great communication with community and COMIT to scale in the future and banking licenses to supply even more customers.

ICON is the first Korean Blockchain/ICO. Backed by Multi-billion companies including, Dayli financial group, yello Mobile, and more. They already have partnerships with multiple universities, banks, securities, insurances, and more to come. Built on Loopchain, a separate blockchain than Bitcoin, I see immense potential in 2018 and forward.

I think MinexCoin will do well with better exchange and partnerships. Livecoin is fairly unknown and has low trading volume.

With the stability, I think other projects might be interested in partnering. Excited for what's to come!

I think the hybrid structure of the POW + Parking works very well. Especially with algorithms of the MinexBank, this looks like a promising project. But one question. Why is the company registered in Hong Kong when most of the Team is from Ukraine? Do they all live in Hong Kong or does the business build in Hong Kong while other members work from Ukraine?

Is Segwit an available option for this project? Since Minex is based off of Bitcoin core, is it possible to upgrade to faster transactions through segwit?

I think Bitcoin will pullback. With it constantly breaking ATH, the price is not too stable. But how much it's going to pullback is upto the people.

There is a possibility but look at how many hacks and mistakes there have been. With so many updates and changes in ethereum, the security is compromised. My bet is more on Bitcoin staying on top but Eth will be at top 10.

I think Bitcoin will last a long time. The decentralized technology is what really drives it + the community and people tired of traditional financial system. Unless there are global regulation against bitcoin or major hack, my guess is it will go for at least 50 years.

Haha. This would be a crazy idea but I think it can start them off with basic knowledge about cryptos. I'm not opposed to it .

I do not know any airdrops right now. But be very careful. There are a lot of airdrops out there. Make sure to check there are multiple confirmations of the airdrop and if it seems too good to be true, it's probably a scam.

I have a long term coins that I do not touch for at least a year and and a trading portion that I sell once it hits a certain limit.

ICON seems to be a promising one. Definitely do your research and make your own decisions.

One of my favorite is Lisk. Easy to develop javascript platform with solid community. With Ethereum overpopulated, I think Lisk will take off.
