You’re correct in your assumption. It’s refreshing to have someone genuinely curious about the project and willing to take the time to actually research. If anymore questions arise feel free to ask and I’ll do my best to help answer or point you in the right direction.

I may be missing something but can you clarify what your exact issue is regarding the authentication of the KAS genesis block? https://x.com/DesheShai/status/1691752128040059282?s=20 You should be able to follow the steps mentioned here and on GitHub to validate all blocks to KAS genesis point.

Hey you’ve asked a lot of questions many of which are answered on the KAS wiki FAQ page https://wiki.kaspa.org/en/faq . I have followed KAS since the early days and was one of the first discord members of the project. I know the project was mentioned in cpu mining forums back in the early days but I came to recognize it from a 2017 coindesk article that mentioned the founders work and DagLabs. By following the work of DagLabs I was led to the eventual discord channel and maintenance launch. In the early days the devs were solely focused on deving (they still are) but at that time there was almost zero marketing and only a few post here and there about the project. Anyway check the faq I posted and if you require a more nuanced answer on any particular topic after doing your due diligence feel free to ask again.

Haha, Wow I'm sorry I didn't realize i was talking to a legendary piece of shit! You are a true shit poster and I bow down before your porcelain throne. Why don't you enlighten all us noob's with your turd ass and lay down some some good reasons why this project's tech is terrible, was premined, and a scam? I'm sure they are there, I believe in you!!! You are more than the sum of the generic copy paste troll comments you leave.

I'll level with you, obviously I'm interested in the project as a potential investor and I'd love to hear your negative reasons for not "digging" it. If I had to assume I would say, you are either a simple troll, or apart of a competing agenda, but who knows? Maybe I'm being too pessimistic. Maybe, just maybe you really have everyones best interest at heart (which is so kind of you). SO PLEASE, I'M BEGGING YOU! YOU FECAL SOAKED LEGEND, PLEASE HAVE MERCY ON ME AND GIVE ME THE KNOWLEDGE TO MAKE AN INFORMED DECISION BEFORE I MAKE A TERRIBLE MISTAKE INVESTING IN KASPA! Just do me and others the simple privilege of at least posting a complete thought or forming a complete argument when you lay down your profound blah, blah.

This is the type of shitcoin that won't make you folks any money.

Just scam artist with claims of "tech" LOL

Tech tech..premine..tech. Then Dump! LOL

As a casual observer not affiliated with the project in anyway I have to say that Kaspa is one of the most promising projects I've come across in my 5 years of exploring crypto. There is a sea of crap out there so it's refreshing to find a project that offers not only unique tech but also strives to uphold the OG philosophical roots of crypto, keeping things as decentralized as possible. I came across the work of daglabs from a coindesk article written in 2018 and was intrigued enough to follow their research and development  to the eventual launching of Kaspa. If it's a con it's a really, really, really, long con... "Kaspa is a community project, completely open source, no central governance, no biz model. The mainnet was openly launched without premining or any other preallocation of coins." There was no premine if you did even a little research you would find that the devs try to keep everything as transparent as possible with the community. Will it make folks money? No one can know that for sure but so far things are looking great IMO.

If your into POS and privacy you really can't beat Spectrecoin. It offers wholistic privacy in the form of sender protection, receiver protection, IP protection, and you can stake anonymously. The best part about all of this is that Spectrecoin is able to do all of this on a Trustless setup. This is an important distinction because it was the flaw of Zerocoin and its Trusted setup that caused alot of coins to go to crap and get hacked like Colossus, Zcoin, and PIVX many of these coins are still in shambles looking for a solution. Currently staking Spectrecoin/Xspec I'm able to net a little more then a $1.00 a day passively off my staking rewards and I expect this too increase in the future with value.

Spectrecoin is soon to break the top 100. Its one of the few POS coins out there to offer comprehensive privacy. Heres an article that discusses the coin indepth discussing it's pros and cons as well as comparing it's features to other popular privacy coins out there. https://www.publish0x.com/spectrecoin-fans/peacocking-age-of-privacy-why-ive-chosen-spectrecoin-xqojmv

Spectrecoin/Xspec is definitely worth a glance. It's one of the few privacy coin's out there that offers a wholistic approach to privacy. It had great development during the bear market and is currently in the top 100 for github commits. I'm a fan of this coin and investor as I think Privacy coins will be the top gainers for 2020. Heres an article that dives into the tech behind Spectrecoin and explains why it's unique in the space. https://www.publish0x.com/spectrecoin-fans/peacocking-age-of-privacy-why-ive-chosen-spectrecoin-xqojmv

Spectrecoin does not intend to replace Monero but is a strong alternative to it. Spectrecoin is POS staking vs POW mining with Monero which is heavy on resources and expensive. i personally don't think POW mining is sustainable in the long term so Spectrecoin is the right choice for me.

Hmm, imagine that, a respected team from the newbie
and a scam report about the coin caling names. - Not saying anything, just observing, now, and watching with popcorn.

Spectrecoin, Xspec has had scam accusations thrown at it in the past and although it is clearly not a scam the accusations often had some degree of merit. Previously A former developer for Xspec was not delivering the work he had promised and he was subsequently booted by the team because of this. There was a restructuring and the project is now stronger then ever as it had to become more transparent with the community and establish a foundation that kept its team and developers accountable. In fact development wise Spectrecoin, Xspec currently ranks in the top 5% of crypto for github commits. You can check it out on CryptoMiso. Anyway the reason I bring this up is because scam accusations true or false often come from people when they notice apparent red flags in crypto. Spectre Security Coin has a lot of red flags and I still haven't heard any answers to my questions. Who are the team? Where's the Code? What does Spectre Security Coin do, and why is it necessary? I saw a post mentioning that the team photos show two good experienced developers "Digiwarfare" and ".Lex" but  on the website it doesn't say what role these developers have with the project. What's their capacity working on the project are they developers, consultants, donors? Did they make the missing code? We don't know, nothing is explicitly stated. Like everything else all the information we get just seems to be smoke and elude to nothing. Again, I see a lot of red flags so I'm stating my concern maybe it's not a scam but then again.....

It's funny the attempted defense of Spectre Security Coin which I'm just going to say seems very much like a Scam. Here's a list of all the signs I can see.

1. Where's the code? There are no links I can find to Spectre Security Coins code anywhere. There is no Github depository with Spectre Security Coin code or other resource I could find. Thats a big red flag.

2. Their team is smoke and mirrors, I keep seeing the Spectre Security team directing people to their website to check out their amazing team, well I did and there is nothing there. Just photos with no relevanet info and the only thing they offer is their discord user handles. What do they do whats their experience? it doesn't matter because like I said this is probably just a scam and when things go south expect zero accountability from the part of that so called team.

3. Name confusion, Spectre Security Coin, XSPC has purposely chosen a name and ticker that is very close to a legitimate project SpectreCoin, XSPEC. I can only imagine this was done for a number of reasons one I believe is that Spectrecoin the legit project had one of the most successful ICO's ever so Spectre Security Coin hopes to parlay some of that historical success onto their name so when people google scam and Spectre Security Coin they can trick some dopes who don't do research and convince them to lose some of their money in this scam seeming project.

4. What do they do? After reading the white paper what does Spectre Security do? It is unclear to me the mission of Spectre Security Coin after reading their white paper. Here are some questions I have how is their blockchain more secure? How do they connect with security professionals? And why would security professionals work with Spectre Security? None of this is explained in any depth in the white paper. Instead we get. "Who is Spectre Security good For
1. Those who want a Service or Product (ohh so all humans!) 2. Security Researchers/Professionals that are interested in cryptocurrency (Why?)
3. Crypto traders and investors ( We want your money. ) 4. Those who have the desire to explore the crypto-currency world (We want your money.)"

5. Its a premine coin and there is a large history of premine scams in crypto. Spectre Security Coin seems to be using a shotgun approach to attracting investors, The coin is both POS and POW but there are no easily found public repositories for their code so they are essentially offering a vague product. Their white paper does not offer more help as it lacks any specific direction but seems more meant to capitalize on people blinded by crypto hype. No concrete team plus a confusing name and you've got the play book for the ol' classic premine selloff scam. Check it out, it actually is one of the oldest scams in crypto.

But hey maybe I'm wrong maybe this is the next big thing in crypto and just coincidently has every imaginable sign possible of an exit scam. Probably not though.

The way I'm approaching the market is by accumulating coins that I think have large growth potential for late 2018-2019. I do not believe we are out of the bear market yet so my selections are not based on coins I think will offer a quick turn around but rather coins I believe are at a good accumulation zone and will net you a solid profit for late 2018-2019.

1. Spectrecoin, Xspec  Spectrecoin - (This is my biggest bet) Xspec is a privacy coin that uses POS as opposed to POW to support it's network. With its tech it is among one of the few truly private privacy coins out there. It has a functioning product and strong team behind it that is continuing to push the coin forward. If successful with their roadmap Spectrecoin could be at the head of the privacy class by 2019. This would push Spectrecoin into the limelight/ mainstream and the coin would see tremendous gains being a small cap. So at a price of around .29 cents currently we could be looking at a value of $10 or more come 2019. This is not that far fetched as Spectrecoin already achieved an ATH of $6 in 2017 during the last crypto bull run with less resources and development behind it. This is definitely a coin to keep in mind if your looking for a solid return on your investment. As always patience is needed if you jump aboard.

2. Cardano, ADA - I'm not sure how sustainable blockchain is for the future and I could foresee a world where blockchain's tech is actually obsolete except for maybe bitcoin (being a symbolic store value) DAG technology may win out and if this happens expect Cardano to be a major player in the DAG revolution. The team behind Cardano is taking an excellent approach by excessively peer reviewing their work and constantly trying to streamline things. real world applications for Cardano are very limited as of now but a series of ADA ATMS are set for release in Japan relatively soon. When this happens expect the price of Cardano to skyrocket. At a current price of around 0.08 cents and former all time high of 1.25 I'd expect you'd see a good return in the next 2 years by investing in Cardano which I expect will hit 5.00 by 2020.

3. Banca, Banca - Banca is a new type of an investment bank community built on blockchain technology. It’s based on AI and an expert system which is used to create a platform to help inform investors or potential investors about potential crypto risks or opportunities. The cool thing about Banca is it offers a functional product, is a fairly new crypto currency, and has a strong team behind it. There is alot of room for growth here since Banca is still very young so investing now is almost equivalent to getting in on the ground floor. it is a large supply coin and is currently worth 0.0003651 but by 2020 I could see it hitting 0.02 cents. Thats not a bad return if you buy a cheap million Banca today.

I think you may need to adjust your expectations as the crypto market is currently within a pretty harsh bear run. The truth is no one will be able to tell you what coin will give you x 10 by October but I can recommend to you a coin that I am personally betting big on for the 2019 year that could offer you greater gains then any other crypto I currently know of. The way I'm approaching the market is by accumulating coins that I think have large growth potential for late 2018-2019. I do not believe we are out of the bear market yet so my selection is not based on a coin I think will offer a quick turn around but rather a coins I believe in and I feel is at a good accumulation zone and will net you a solid profit for late 2018-2019.

I have to agree with Spectrecoin. It's a coin that I'm betting big on and one thats gotten beat down and made ripe for the picking by the bear market. Since It's all time high of $6.00 in 2017 the development team and tech behind the coin has been updated and improved for the better. Currently the coin sits at around 20ish-30ish cents so if it can just reach it's former all time high of $6.00 in the next bull run it will serve to net greater returns than any coin im currently aware of. So do I think Spectrecoin can perform this feat with better tech, a stronger team, and growing notoriety, Absolutely. The only question is when, and thats a difficult one to answer as I think 2018 may prove to be one big bear run. 2019 however I believe will be the year of Spectrecoin, Xspec, look out!

I'm all about trying to find coins that are still relatively under the radar, have tech I believe in, and can potentially net me a big return in the long run. One gem I'm betting big on that meets these criteria is Spectrecoin, Xspec. Its a POS privacy coin that has a strong working product and is currently developing a novel way to stake Private balances. This means that you will be able to stake your balance without anyone knowing. This tech will be a first for a POS coin and is set for release in early 2019. at a price of around 20ish-30 cents currently Spectrecoin could see amazing returns in 2019. I for one am weary we will escape the crypto bear cycle in 2018 but I could be wrong. Another, more well known coin that I also believe in is Cardano. Out of the top 20 coins I think cardano might see the biggest returns if you invest now and hold. In 2020 There is suppose to be the widespread release of atms that will accept Cardano and this will introduce stong real world applications to the currency. Cardano is still very speculative but I think it could be a big player in the future.

NEO is a good top ten coin that will see good returns I believe in 2020, but will it see the best returns IDK. For me if you want the best ROI you have to look for low cap coins that have good potential and are still currently under the radar. Imagine having invested in NEO when it was still Ant Shares. For me I'm placing a big bet on Spectrecoin, Xspec. Spectrecoin is a privacy coin that uses POS as opposed to POW to support it's network.
