After two months of waiting for our payment gateway, Mistertango replied this:

"Apologies for the late reply. We have received a response from the regulator, unfortunately, your request for card acquiring payment collection service was not approved."

Mistertango, is this a reasonable reply? You advertise yourself as a crypto friendly bank. What is exactly against regulations on a crypto exchange with an official crypto exchange licence?

You've got the fully completed application document, I've sent several emails, no reply whatsoever.

Hey! I did it myself, it was definitely serious work, I would say 5-7 full workdays to prepare the whole documentation, at least 10 days with the whole process, preparation, etc. No, I did not involve lawyers at all.
I don't understand the passport question, sorry.
Also I don't really know about the compliance, we just want to launch now, all other tasks comes later.

One solution to this is we'll offer our services to influencers, like a white label platform. Let's say you BonTonPlease have 100k Youtube subscribers. You can create a hellocoinmarket.com/BonTonPlease microsite, where your viewers could buy your favourite portfolio, the coins you personally picked. We provide the platform, you the coin selection and the buyers. 50-50% revenue share.
