If you are being serious I suggest you look into a proper hosting center. It will save you almost all of the problems you have posted.
You will send hardware to somewhere they know how to do large amounts properly.
I dont want hosting and in georgia probably dont isnt hosting.

50 s3 produce like 340watt each x50, is 17kw in an apartment, this is crazy, not to mention that i doubt an apartment has 17kw available, usually they can reach 6kw at best

Heat may not be a problem for you but it is a problem for your miners. Tell us how you are cooling miners.
AFAIK good coper or fiber wire is okay.

It depends on your electricity price. If very low a S3 is better for some. Most the S5 is better with its more efficient chips.
And go slow.... I highly doubt your house can handle 30 miners. It's summer and heat with 30 miners will be hard to deal with. Not to mention setup costs.

If I remember right you live in a hot area. 30 miners create a lot of heat. You will need ventilation, electricity wiring, etc, etc.
With amount of trouble with a single miner I just don't think 30 would be a good jump. I think you might possibly be trolling.
