it depends on the transactions or actions that we do in the platform of Eurocoinpay, there are some that haven't comissions
I think the highest commission the platform of Eurocoinpay is for change our cryptocurrencies for euricoincash and I will be 1%

at least this is my experience, I don't know of other users of the Eurocoinpay's platform received their card in the same period of time

that's what the administrators of the telegram group of Eurocoinpay said when the devs asked them about this
