i have already tried survey site like yours but its good thing you use bitcoin as payment.
just be aware of some people that use VPN or proxies to get more offer for site like that. as far as i know they can change their country to get more offers if their country did'nt support for the surveys. for me it might be a fraudulent ways.

I'm a US user and I looked at the Adworkmedia surveys; they seem a bit sketchy, honestly. Mostly the generic "$100,000 Sweepstake prize! Enter to get 1500 bits!" surveys that never really pay out. I mean, I suppose it's a decent amount of money being paid out by them, but has anyone actually completed a survey that has a large payout?
Adworkmedia is by far our best provider, with a conversion rate of 60%. This means that if 100 of our users click a survey, 60 end up completing it and getting bitcoin

The site didn't work on my location too 
Yes these all survey site are similar because they all target to tier-1 countries and if you are from asian countries than there will be no survey available for you. quite sad. 
Didn't know it was so bad for asian countries. I will try to find you alternative providers, but you can still earn with the ref system!

I have couple questions about this service:
1. How much will I got paid for 1 survey (there are one rate for all surveys or it may vary)?
2. Is there a limit how many surveys I can take daily?
3. Is some countries excluded by the system and I need to be first world citizen to have access to most surveys?

1. It varies from 50 bits to 10,000+ bits, all surveys pay differently!
2. No limit to the surveys
3. I don't know about exclusions but some countries get more offers than others. Everybody can still earn from referrals though

It depends, some surveys are really quick and only have 2 pages but they don't pay as much. You can view the surveys without setting your address if you're curious
It seems interesting, but I checked all the different surveys and nothings shows up so far for me (perhaps due to my location - Iran) or there's really none due to error (maybe other could confirm this). 10k satoshi has been added to your account! If you see no surveys it's probably because of your country because there are usually hundreds
So a user only requires a BTC address to get started? It'll get abused by people with VPN and TOR unless you have a way to stop that. Although, I see that you have it in the terms that only one account per household is eligible but its not that easy to detect.
While this is true, our sponsors do a great job at filtering out proxy traffic
