Re: [ANN] Bitcoin HEX [by Richard Heart] unofficial

Most HEX criticism boils down to two things,
- the origin account gets too much HEX
- the AA ETH probably goes to RH, and It's too much

If you remove those elements HEX as a non custodial interest paying crypto with advanced game theory and anti dumping features is pretty cool.

I propose a revised FreeHEX model as follows.

1- open free registration for FreeHEX , say 3 months
2- divide 1 billion by the number of registrations, that amount becomes a  HEXstake
3- create 1 Billion HEXstake tokens and open claims for HEXstakes
4- replicate the same 350 days of AA using the HEXstake token instead of ETH, users mint their own FreeHEX
5- there is no FreeHEX origin account
6- season to taste with Bitcoin etc snapshots and claiming using other cryptos (e.g. HEXdoge)

To add referral capabilities you could add an additional 1billion FreeHEX that gets paid to referrers during the sign up period.

There are many other versions one could propose for a FreeHEX that removes a single entity controlling so many coins, it is inevitable somebody will design a better HEX.

RH would be pissed off (he has not open sourced his code but it is 100% visible), and every HEX critic would promote FreeHEX, the resulting battle gets mass attention for the project

Giving everyone the same amount isn't much fun, why not add free claims from snapshots of BTC BCH BSV ETH DOGE ETH using the same terms as HEX (90% staked for 350 days), then give each player the same amounts again to use through the AA system over 350 days instead of ETH, same big pay day on day 353 from everyone who doesn't claim, same referral bonuses etc etc

Re: [ANN][KMD][dPoW] Komodo - next generation platform, Secured by Bitcoin

lol, except that it has nothing to do with proof of stake. Stake-based =/= Proof of Stake. Your stake, represented by the coins you get 1:1 vote with (or your direct KMD for that matter), do not generate blocks themselves, nor do the NN's via POS.

As for your edit "if I said dPoW is a version of PoS you would be correct, but I didn't say that". Ummm? "dPoW is a hybrid version of proof of stake" So you inserted hybrid and that is suppose to change the core statement? Really?

And trolling? If correcting a nonsensical statement that is only going to serve as a statement of confusion makes me a troll, so be it. I'm probably one of the larger holders here.

Why don't you give a definition and explain dPoW then?

Just replying 'No' was worthless

My definition would not include POS, that's for sure. Tongue

Gutless, you can't define dPoW adequately can you, not without mentioning 'stake'.

Stay a million miles away from any marketing, komodo needs adoption and that comes from simple explanations people can understand. You can't do that, can you?

Don't feed VBK trolls!

So many crypto projects running out of money now, NN revenue can fund 64 developers and marketing teams,

NN is like oxygen, food, & water, it can keep komodo devs alive when other coins are starving

Use VOTE 2019 to help komodo tech teams, don't feed greedy whales who already get 5% rewards.

VOTE for community projects like PIRATE Smiley

+1
All NN candidates this year will be experienced devs with good reps, vote for the best ones who been in community for very long time

I will only vote for community projects that help kmd like Pirate, and long term devs who been supporting project for long time.

Don't waste your VOTE on people who don't prove they helped komodo.

If candidate has not helped jl777 and komodo so far don't vote for them, let them spend time in discord and get experience first, vote for them next year once they prove they are reliable and part of long term community.
