Hey, Im Tomasz, few days ago I decided to give TrustDice a try, because it had a nice odds for a soccer match i've been looking for. Guess what? I've placed a bet with odds 6, everything went smooth. The bet was won, cash was on my TrustDice account, everyone's happy right? Yeah, until the withdrawal process. When i tried to withdraw they asked me to wager my 1st deposit 5x times, that's nothing to worry about, I've done that properly, then I tried to withdraw my funds again. This action triggered a scammy TrustDice event. They decided to BAN my one and only account, and send me an email that my funds and account are gone due to their TOS "

That's total bullshit, they legit doesn't have ANY proof that i have used more than one account, what's more what would be the benefit of creating a second multi-account for me? I don’t have any limits on your site, so if I wanted to, I could simply bet more money using the same account. Furthermore, I used my own Metamask wallet for the deposit, which I’ve been using for over 3 years lol.

What's more, I even sent them an official email where I offered I can KYC myself to proove them I'm not doing any multiaccount shit, well they did not respond.
