use any mining calculator to calculate your earnings:
there is one : http://www.coinwarz.com/calculators/zcash-mining-calculator

as for the hardware ...
there is my another build with price and some basic hardware info i posted in another topic  its 250 $ over of your 2000$ budget with 7 gpu , but with 6 gpu you will be in that 2000$ budget Smiley

i can post a link to those hardwares if you want me to do Wink

i would not suggest to build a 7 card setup , its not that easy to make a 7 gpu setup stable .

When u are investing into a mining rig , you have to think about the future resale value also ...
I think its much better with home made rig ... Smiley

Hash Rate: 210MH/s (ETH) & 980H/s (Zcash)

UPDATE AS OF 11/25/2016
using claymores zcash miner v8 , i got 1200H/s

Total system build : 2248$ + SSD (35$ and up ) with server psu and breakout board around 200$ less
Power usage , 210MH/s (ETH): from 110-120volts US : 1164 watts
Power usage , 980SH/s (Zcash) :from 110-120 volts US : 954 watts

7 x SAPPHIRE NITRO+ Radeon RX 480 100406NT+8GL 8GB 256-Bit GDDR5 = 7x 234$ = 1638$ (after ebay 10% ebaybucks rebate)
Asrock H97 Anniversary Mobo 1x 100$
Celeron CPU 1x 60$
1500-1600Watts PSU like evga 1600 , corsair 1500 W is around 350-400$
using server PSU with breakout board can save you 200$
8GM mem module 10$ , got a set of for (4x8GB) using one for each build .. 10$
Frame (aluminum) from local hardware store : 40$

Total system build : 2248$ with server psu and breakout board around 200$ less

its not that simple as you think ...
best mining rig Huh go and buy a full farm with 100 rx480 gpu or maybe 1000 .. that would be a best mining rig Smiley

it really depends on a lot of things :
- how much are you paying for electricity ? $/kw ??
- how much money you want to spend on your rig ?
- what software you going to use ? linux ? windows ? ethos ?
- there is a fees , you have to pay for the pool u using 1-3%, for the miner software 2-2.5%  for the exchange u are going to use , for the electricity u using ...ect

Answer for your question :  "and what is the daily or monthly revenu" its not exist Smiley its changing day by day , hours by hours .
use any mining calculators to find out your estimated earnings ,
http://www.coinwarz.com/calculators/zcash-mining-calculator
Dont forget , that estimated earnings is just for that moment !
if the price going down you will earn much less , if going upyou will make better.
its also really depends on the network difficulty

THERE IS NO SIMPLE ANSWER TO YOUR SIMPLE QUESTIONS

- how much are you paying for electricity ? $/kw ?? 0.05
- how much money you want to spend on your rig ? 2000 $
- what software you going to use ? linux ? windows ? ethos ? windows
- there is a fees , you have to pay for the pool u using 1-3%, for the miner software 2-2.5%  for the exchange u are going to use , for the electricity u using ...ect 1%,2%,Poloniex

This is a "Generous guy opinions"

1
any cpu

2
any motherboard , it really depends on how many VGa card you want to mine with

3
any hdd or ssd min 60GB

4
min of 4GB of ram 8GB better any brand , any type what is working with ur mobo

5
if you are asking question like this ones , probably better for you to get a completed ,full build
something like this : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1679407.0
or just use ebay and search for eth mining rig..

6
psu it depends what kind of setup you want , how many gpu , using the cpu for mining or not ...ect

7
cooling... keep your gpu temp under 85 celsius ,it depends how fair you placing your cards from each other , it can be fine with 30-35 celsius amb temp , but if your cards can not "breath" you can fry them ..

there is one of my build : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1614386.0

there is another build thread : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1584973.0

may help trading view charts

Bittrex chart is a lot better than the chart of a huge one like kraken. Not sure why they have something that never really look like its understandable unlike having a candle sticks. Some exchange really look really raw when you see their charts, c-cex for instance seem nothing but black and white candles.
learning to read the indicators is really a good help, i always wanted to learn macd.
me too
