xCore has been working with the code for over a year, he has the code and skills to put out an updated wallet and keep the chain running just fine. Developing zeroledger may be a different story. He also was going to put out the android and iphone wallets once zeroledger (thin client) was done. It probably is done, but don't know if JC left it for xCore to work on. And to put anyone's mind at ease, xCore is WELL known in IRC rooms as he made most of the tip bots, rain bots, and pricing bots before Vcash. He has nothing but the communities best interest and continuation of the coin at heart, and JC gave him access to a lot of the code which he was part developer. He worked for free, for the love of the project and knowledge, and even JC scolded him and treated him badly. xCore is a person with good character, complete opposite of JC.
Interesting is that XCORE´s Coding Style looks nearly like this of JC.

What you're doing is just fud.
Go to slack and you will see that everything is under control.
The currency remains technically the best on the market, everything running 100%.
The community hasnt dumped and is keeping the super nodes working.
It was already expected that Julian Cain would delete everything after being doxxed.
The drop is by JC dump without any buy support for that.
So the $82 000 24h dump is only made by JC. Little hard to belive that. Poloniex will drop the coin fast when they know that the dev are gone.
The currency will not be without DEV, will be without JC, this does not mean that it will be without DEV

I've thought about this, but it would be necessary to fork away from "his" code into a trusted coinbase setup as he simply could have coded too many "backdoors" into his code.. It was him obviously very easy possible to fork off pools and bigger miners from "his" chain and make "his" chain the valid one, even if the "bad pool" had much more power than him, this should never be possible for any coin.. not with > 51% of the power of the net and of course not with less..
