- keep private users KYC data, but can be opened by judge decision

This is first Real Estate tokenization
According to the project, the fund will be invested in a number of construction projects on the territory of the European Union. The project provides for a security component with a tokenization of the size of the construction site and the total area of the buildings. Each investor will receive REI token.
Specialists of the fund believe that the time of tokenization of real estate and security projects is already close to gaining their share of investors' attention. Thus, Endling Ventures will enable crypto-investors to diversify their investments through access to the real sector of the economy and reduce the risks associated with fluctuations in the exchange rate of currencies and tokens.
The first stage will be the development of the site in Belgium, on the border with France. The plot is located in a picturesque place, with a view of the mountains and has an area of 5.4 hectares. The construction project involves the construction of 20 individual houses of premium class.
This is the first construction project that will be tokenized before construction and invested with the help of cryptocurrency.
