Re: Gold & Silver are safe than bank deposits ??

I would prefer to keep money in gold and silver than in a bank. If there is a crisis, then gold will be the best solution to preserve your capital. Gold is least affected by the crisis.

Re: Cryptocurrency Market Could Hit $1 Trillion This Year

I do not believe in such growth this year. I will be glad to see the growth of the cryptocurrency market to 400-500 billion dollars. I think this will be an objective growth.

There are about 15 different altcoins in my portfolio. 9 of them are in the top 40. The other 6 are located between the top 100 and the top 200. By January 2018, it was clear that having 2-4 altcoins would be enough.

Re: Competition between altcoins

Healthy competition allows the market to grow quickly. Fortunately, in the cryptocurrency market there is no lobbying of some blockchains and prohibition of others. This gives us a chance to see strong technology growth.

Re: If you had to choose between these 6 cryptocurrencys, What's your pick?
by

I will choose Tron and Cardano only because of the huge hype around them. A more rational choice would be Neo. A 51% attack was made on Verge, so not. Despite the speed in the Stellar network, I will not choose it either, because I know nothing about it.

I am sure that Bitcoin will cost more, the market is cyclical. The only question is when this will happen. Now there is an incomprehensible situation in the market, I hope at the end of the year everything will become clearer.

I take this positively to other assets besides cryptocurrency. But in my situation, the volume of investment is not so large as to worry about its loss, so I’m willing to take risks to get more profit than in other markets.

I believe that this platform is underestimated. I do not know why. Maybe because it is a Russian project? For me, it means nothing for this project. I see potential in it. I see that active work is underway on the development of the network.

Re: A good investment option? ICO's pitched on a PRODUCT, not a White Paper
by

The problem is that no one has a working product. The organizers first want to receive funding, and then start doing the work. In this case, the desire to create a good product is missing, since there is no motivation in the form of income.

Now for me there is not a single factor in the project that can convince me to participate in ICO, no matter how good it is. It's just that I no longer believe in ICO and the opportunity to make money on it.

Re: what is the best investment Crytocurrencies in the market?
by

It all depends on strategy. Need to understand what the best investment means: the most reliable, the most profitable, but risky or some kind of balanced? I believe that if you need a reliable investment, then you need to choose 100% Bitcoin. If you need more risky and less reliable, then the portfolio of altcoins from the top 30. Well, the most risky, that's all below the top 100.

I would be glad if in each country where a large number of ICO were held, a unit would be created that would issue an approval to conduct an ICO.

I always wonder why such questions are asked here on the forum? This question from the category "Where to sell? - There" is more suitable for a search engine. The forum is needed for discussions, debriefing, but not for such issues.

I thought, everyone already knows about the coinmarketcap, but it turns out not.

Re: Very soon we will see a new wave of market growth!!!
by

I believe in the cryptocurrency market and believe in its huge potential. Though now and not the best times in the market. But experienced investors understand that this is only a correction of the market, which is a consequence of the significant growth of the market before!  But I think that many newcomers now need support. I wish us all patience! Soon we will see a new wave of growth, there is very little!!! For those who are quite sad reminded that " those who in 2013 and 2014 believed in the basic cryptocurrency ideas and invested very little in crypto-coins, then, a few years later, became super-rich»

I don't think that we are now experiencing such a correction period, which was in 2014-2015, now is a completely different time and a different market situation. I can't believe that we will again see the 15x-20x on the altcoins.

Re: Projects are abusing blockchain technology.
by
Tory-Tory
on 12/10/2018, 12:07:09 UTC
I have been just in the crypto world for 5 months. I have tried to learn about blockchain, bitcoin, altcoins,... and I realize that blockchain is being abused.

Many projects are launched with the ideas of using blockchain. But actually, blockchain is not necessary to implement their projects. It just seems to follow the trend of tokenization. And their tokens are utility tokens, real "utility", which are utilized to raise their funds. There is no reality application of blockchain. I think everything will be good if it is enough. Will blockchain become worst if they continuely abuse it?

What do you think about this problem?
Most projects don't need blockchains and tokens, I agree with that. Cryptocurrency hype is used only because the company is much more likely to raise funds with ICO than with IPO or crowdinvesting.

2.   Ethereum
3.   XRP
4.   Eos
5.   Stellar
6.   Litecoin
7.   Cardano
8.   Tron
9.   Tezos
10.  Tether

Re: The whole market is red, but is it worth panicking now?
by

The whole market is red, many altcoins are in the red.Should we panic? Many say that after the stock market fell and the crypt. Although the crypt is not connected with the stock market in any way, such rollbacks speak only about the ease of manipulation in the crypto market. In General, there are prerequisites for a quick return of positions.I think if you are planning to buy the crypt, it is probably reasonable to buy it for 30% of the Bank. What do You think about this?Share your opinion.
I think we should not panic, but we need to be on the alert. For Bitcoin, there are big chances to see $ 5500 with a possible target at $ 4800-5000, but we’ll see this at the $ 5500 boundaries. Altcoins follow Bitcoin.

Too complicated circuit, there are easier options to get data. Despite all this, I don’t understand how people can peck on easy money. Surely, by the 20-25-30 years, people should understand that it is not easy to double their investments, and when it comes to 10fold increases, everything becomes clear right away.
