Re: How can a goverment trace you have BTC?

Government can't trace the owner of bitcoin as this is untraceable and only just the amount of bitcoin can be seen. Just read the whitepaper and you'll see that bitcoin is decentralized and no one have a full control to it. Nothing to be broad about.

That's for sure. I saw a lot of scam ICO advertisement there, it was very annoying. I hope Google will follow same thing and we won't see any scam ICO advertisement in Google adsense/adwords spaces. They have to regulate ads to protect potential customers.

Despite the hard pill's melted on panic sellers by the starter of this thread. What we should all know and understand about bitcoin is that it is volatile and operate on the economic law of demands and supply which is always influence by those institutions mention above such as government, Google and Facebook but if you understand the decentralization of bitcoin you will prefer to hold and not rush into panic selling when there is negative news.

Its totally crazy when they are selling their house and property. There is no problem in investing in crypto, it is a good idea to invest in crypto but not your property or your current job. Investment is good if you have experience and knowledge about what you invest but it is dangerous if you have no idea like buying coins with no value or shall I say less value. That is why many people are going crazy in crypto because of the good value of some coin but very careful in choosing one because you may not know if you win or lose.

Its not something which haven't happened before in crypto or in stocks as well, and will keep going on since that's how whales get into any of the booming markets. Since crypto is getting more and more recognition and getting accepted widely its attracting bigger and bigger investors who can actually control the markets with media and money both so anyhow they tend to get the market prices down before they can buy in huge chunk. I am not an expert or old into crypto but just my 2 cents why I believe bitcoin and all other cryptocurrencies price is going down for now.

I think peoples has right and deserved a chance to participate in bounty even they are newbie. Hope there will be more good bounties with bigger rewards, because Twitter campaigns now are totally useless, lot of work with personal tweets, reports and so on... Also blogs are bad, there are many copy/paste articles..

Re: Why people don’t believe in crypto?

In my area, advertisement in government is giving the point of view about bitcoin which is harmful and forcing people to fear it. But unfortunately we have a huge number of promising projects and there are projects that look weak, but why the whole market suffers so, there is no exact answer. This creates uncertainty in the crypto market.

Re: Why do we complain when the market is down?

Most of the people who complain about the market drop is the new people who get into trading. They may get panic from the market price fall.It is a digital currency and assets. The price will fall based on demand. If the market provides a good investment profit they are complaining because they think that there are people who manipulated of the market fluctuation.

Not necessarily true frankly speaking, your point of view is very logical but cryptocurrency has always known severe drops but the price raised back again and increased in value. Face up to reality we are not a kid anymore, just grow up and not all the time we can play around.

Re: Bitcoin failed as a currency
by
Totoky
on 21/06/2018, 09:28:28 UTC
I think bitcoin remains as currency because bitcoin is used for online transactions and long-term investments and this is indeed successful, although bitcoin prices are unstable. But it is very far from happening, unless it can have stability and faster block confirmations then it can be a truly efficient tool as a regular currency for everyday usage.

Government and the people who have power are the one that control what is happening in the country, they can regulate the cryptos if they want or they can feel come threats about it. And also another thing is that the people or the citizens of a country, some of it are want to use the traditional system or the fiat money because it is the thing that they use in their whole life and they dont want to change it.

Re: What does bitcoin need to improve?
by
Totoky
on 21/06/2018, 09:20:15 UTC
All of the Cryptocurrency that is already implemented wants to improve their security and usage capability. We know that everything wont last that long but Crypto is prolonging their use to the world by developing what they have started. In bitcoin's part, i guess what they need to improve is stabilizing their value and make sure that it stays that way.
