They are not so dumb they know that is going around the world. So i suppose that they have already bought some bitcoins and they are saving it for the future to make more money.
Some of them have also invested in altcoins, because the money they are spending is not a lot of money for them.

Same as a common fiat currency bitcoin is for everyone, even an uneducated person purchase using bitcoin as long as he knows how to do it.

They are not stopping bitcoin because nothing is illegal with it.
Bitcoin doesn't violate any existing laws.
