more nerfed GPU offerings? Why go to the trouble of complicating your supply chain since in a few months ETH POS should dampen if not kill off

Does anyone have any information on how this is playing out in real time right now?

I have been experimenting with electrum as a wallet since I learnt about bitcoin, a year ago, and I can admit that it's the simplest and most useful one. I'd like to run my own electrum server, but not for privacy reasons, just for exercise. I also have bought a Windows VPS that isn't being used at the moment, so why not providing it to the electrum community?

I picked electrumx, because it's the most popular implementation. It seems that I can't install it on windows, only on unix. The thing is that I don't have an Ubuntu installed right now. Could this work with Windows 10 on an Ubuntu LTS?

Other questions too:

• Is the same procedure if I want to run a testnet server? I don't have the storage for downloading the entire blockchain.
• How does it return the balance of address(es) instantly? On Bitcoin Core it has to rescan the blockchain (which will take a lot of time).
• Will I be shown on others' network servers? If no, how can I be shown?

In April 2013 I created a bitcoin wallet through bitcoin.org and I was depositing small amounts of satoshis that I was getting, at that time Bitcoin was not like it is now and it was a game for me.
A few months later I had a problem with the pc and my hard drive with all the information and the program that I used as a wallet got erased. It was not something very important to me and I forgot about it. Now I have had bitcoins again and I remembered that wallet, searching through my emails I have been able to rescue the wallet address and the site where I created it (bitcoing.org) 😊.
Not that he has a lot of money but it has already become a kind of personal challenge and treasure hunt. Is your help possible? Would you know how to tell me what kind of wallet could be made in bitcoin.org in 2013 and try to track my old wallet.

I don´t have the wallet password but I have the address of the wallet, the email that I was able to associate, I know I did it from bitcoin.org and hopefully the password could be one of the ones I have always used.

I know it is difficult but hopefully and some help I may be able to do it.

perhaps the EU should give them a grant or some funding for their technology. because in my opinion they support this kind of business and the aim for them is to support a sustainable energy sector
