I think Waves can't replace Ethereum. The Waves platform is OK and they have a good development team. But Ethereum is more popular and it ensures faster transaction than Waves.

Ethereum can grow up to 200-300 USD in short term, 1000USD also imaginable but only in the long term - i think. Maybe this 1000USD price will happen in late 2019 or in 2020.

There is no sense to compare them. Both of them have different attributes, XRP is a centralized coin, so ETH more advanced than XRP.
