PeoplesCurrency (main Dev ) has been working on the electrum wallet porting it to PPL and needs this to be done first to set up the anon marketplace !!

could it be a pool as almost half have been sent out 
and its a lot of hash/processing power to use
and its a lot of hash/processing power to use I am 99.99% sure it is someone with a GPU miner, if it was a pool they would not be sitting on so much coins.

I am in the process of porting electrum for Peoples Currency so that I can setup the new anonymous marketplace. So these should be two new products coming soon for PPL that will really raise our position in the community 
The Electrum wallet looks great , just checked it out!!maybe blind
but where ? I don't find it in github.com
or do you think that writing code is a matter of five minutes
