Re: Is investing on ICOs still profitable?

It is still good as long as the project you chose is great. Too many ICOs that's why I've been very careful in choosing one. An ICO I've been keeping an eye now is NeuronChain. They developed their product first instead of giving promises with raw ideas just like most ICOs. You can check out their facebook if you'd like to check it yourself too. https://www.facebook.com/NeuronChain/

Re: Are you selective when you participating in ICOs?
by

Everyone must be selective in choosing where to participate unless you'd just want to do charity to scam ICOs. It's important that you determine whether the project has a good foundation or not. One strong foundation that builds a promising project is a team with great experience and public track records. Another important aspect that you must check is their whitepaper. It must make sense why they must do it in a decentralized way and it's always good if they can show an alpha product.

Couldn't agree more. It's so much better if an ICO project can show a working product. I can observe that most projects just make promises with just raw ideas. There's no really assurance if they are going to develop it or not.

Re: Do you think this year will be bad year for ICOS?

I can say that it will depend on the ICO itself. Many scam ICOs are released that's why one must always be careful on where to trust. It all comes down to your thorough research. You shouldn't forget to check first the team behind the project and its whitepaper. It would be so much better too if they can show a working product for added assurance of the ICO's success.

Couldn't agree more. It's never a bad year for ICOs because surely, ICOs are here to stay as long as internet exists.

In my opinion, only the ICOs that were serious in achieving their goals will remain. You can determine one project is good if they can be able to provide a working product since it gives more confidence to investors that they know what they're doing. I've been keeping an eye out on NeuronChain for now. They're one of the projects out there who developed their product first instead of making promises with a whitepaper.

One way to identify an ICO with great potential is making sure they can show you a working product. This will assure you that what they're promising is viable and achievable. Try checking out NeuronChain! NeuronChain is the world's fastest 4th generation blockchain operative on mainnet, with a native transaction speed of 100.000 tps Here's our website: https://neuronchain.io/

It does puts me to ease if I know that they can show a working product. It adds up to their overall credibility

The future would be, all ICOs that has a very weak foundation of team and no viable product at all will fail. That's why it's so important to take time to research everything before you make any decision. One should take care of their hard-earned money for it not to be put in waste. Choose wisely Smiley

True. Many ICOs have no intention of making all their promises happen at the first place. No proof that they can live up to their goals.

Before investing in one, you should do your own research and see that they have a viable good product they can offer.

You should check out NeuronChain! NeuronChain is the world’s first scalable blockchain with the capability to decentrally process plastic cards and achieve a cross-chain bridge between the traditional regulatory compliant fiat and the world of crypto.

Watch out for the release of our whitepaper and get it straight to your inbox when it becomes available by subscribing through this link: https://www.getdrip.com/forms/430369412/submissions/new

You should check out NeuronChain. We offer good product and services. We'll launch very soon so stay tuned.
Ethereum is generally regarded as the first second-generation blockchain that made it possible to create an application-specific logic in the blockchain network. Nevertheless, the first and second generation blockchains are capable of transmitting data or value within the network only, thus, lacks certain features that NeuronChain has right now.

Thanks for the share. I'll check this out

I agree. That's why before you do an investment, it is important to do your own research. One ICO I've been keeping an eye on is NeuronChain.
NeuronChain’s blockchain can be widely applied for businesses and individuals like me that are seeking to trade goods, services and assets of any kind. Also we participants have the capability to issue our own programmable tokens and run their dApps and dCards on it. If you'd like to know more about them, visit their website here: http://neuronchain.io/

It will be worth it as long as you chose the right one. I'm personally keeping an eye on NeuronChain though.

NeuronChain allows any banked and unbanked person to send capital from anywhere to anywhere, free from any censorship but to own terms which is a really good thing for us users who deserves data privacy! Learn more about them here: http://neuronchain.io/

For me, it would make me trust them when they have a good product and vision.

Perhaps one of the most debated points with regards to blockchain technology today is the energy consumption issue. Last year, it was declared that the Bitcoin consumes energy as much as was used by over 159 countries! Good thing that NeuronChain comes into the picture as they are an environmentally responsible company. Check out their website: http://neuronchain.io/

Re: Are you picky with ICOs?

I am picky when it comes to investing to an ICO.

This article I’ve read talked about how cryptocurrency’s electricity usage is massive and how we need to take it seriously as a climate threat. It stated that since November 2017, the power consumed by the entire bitcoin network was estimated to be higher than that of the Republic of Ireland and have only grown till now.

Recently, NeuronChain, an eco-friendly decentralized financial system caught my attention. They don’t use as much energy as Bitcoin uses since their transactions only use simple hardware to secure the network thus, saving lots of energy usage. For me, having this important quality is a great help not only for users like me but also to the environment.

What are your thoughts about it?

If you find it interesting, you can read more about it here:

Re: What ICOs do you like the most?

Though blockchain is often known to change the world in many ways, it does not really necessarily provide all solutions because blockchain too has some issues.

In this article I’ve read, it stated that one of the major problems of blockchain is its environmental cost. Last year, it was declared that the computing power required to keep the Bitcoin network running consumes as much energy as was used by over 159 countries! And that’s just way too much.

Environmental involvement and energy costs can’t be ignored that’s why this blockchain project I have been keeping an eye on interests me. NeuronChain is an environmentally responsible company. Their computing power only uses a simple hardware to secure the network without the need for massive computational resources. In my opinion, this project has a great future ahead.
