Hello guys, i transffered all my coins into electrum from multibit Hd after i got many errors with multibit that didn't recognise the password and i could recover the wallet only with secret words. The problem is now Electrum tells me the fee is low and i tried the child pay for parent option trying few servers already and after i sign confirming the password and 2FA auth, it gets me all the time error: 402. Tell me what can i do? I picked 10 blocks confirmation but i get error:402 HTTP required payment all the time, need help.

Thanks for suggestions but how long takes to get verified on these 2 sites and i saw people say polo is crushing due to Ddos all day long so maybe Bittrex is the best option?

Hi guys, i am new at XRP, i've seen all topic posts, suggestions so on. Lets say i have some btc and i would like to buy 4-5K XRP, can you tell me a really reliable exchanger in Europe? I made fast accs. on Kraken, Bitstamp when XRP was 0.121$ yesterday and now its 0.18$+ and of course i missed the 0.12$ and i have to buy 10000+ S now,  my documents are pending for over 2 days, this is insane, i have no way to make a wallet and put some XRP into it.
