You mentioned that a single SAM cube can mine about 115 ETH and 19 BTC per year, how did you came to this numbers?
I guess they calculated based on the current difficulty,and the hashrate of the SAM cube.

Who are those Blue Frontiers seed funders?
They did an early seed funding round last year to get things going, pay for environmental and economic impact studies, design work, lawyers, consulting, etc.
Most seed funders were friends and family of the founders, as well as the founders putting their own money in. A few bitcoin folks who were known seasteading supporters put in some money, including myself. No big names that most people have heard of.
Yeah its important to get those early investors and supporters,to get the project going.

How many tokens sold so far during preico?
You can track the tokens sold on their website,there is live update.So far,from what i can see sale going really good,since it started less than a week ago,and they already sold more than 21 million tokens

Their ratio is 1 ETH=6000 treon tokens,and bonus is 30%,so you can calculate

I've heard the sale is going quite well - the project seems to have taken off and I'm glad to hear it.
The flow of the sale is really important to determine a possible outcome of the project. If the project sale is going slow then, well, that's not good, but if the sale is going to well, then we might have a case of a pump and the an eventual dump. People need to be aware of that.
It is possible to have this pump and dump effect, but long term token holders stand to gain the most benefit.
I doubt we will see any dumping after listing,as bonus is only 30% max.

How come you decided to issue your own token,couldnt all this be done with ETH?
Probably for better control of funds which arw incoming or outgoing...
Most likely because you will be able to stake OIO and eran ICE that way, plus most likely because of PoET also.
What is ICE and PoET?
Proof-of-elapsed time is a relatively new concept. Coins are distributed based on the proof that the user was doing some specific action for a rather long period of real time. Proof of time algorithm was invented by Intel and it is mainly associated with their hardware platform that provides very fast consensus model. It generates random numbers (wait time) on miners nodes and then chooses the node with the lowest number. So,it works like a lottery but with more complex algorithm designed to provide more optimizations. Intel promises that this algorithm cannot be broken by external actions and provides honest consensus model.

As far as I know they are not from Europe, but it is easy to come to Berlin
this conference shouldn't be missed.Yes,Berlin is well connected,and it lasts for only two days,so it would be great if team can be there and maybe get some big investors.

It's probably not a small amount. But not only that - you need to keep in mind that it also requires some time from the people working on the project.
Do these conferences really bring in some instant benefits? I've always considered them as a tool for networking mostly... but that takes some time.

It should be global for sure.Don't see any reason that could prevent this to be global from start.Vernam is a great project with lots of investors already and this brings optimism even in this early stage.

I agree , it's better to go on a smaller scale and step by step, gradually expand the project.The funding will dictate a lot I presume.

I guess it depends how much you plan to invest,i doubt its fixed amount.
Bonuses in the pre-sale are never fixed, those who invest most, get the biggest bonus.
And i think thats fair aproach,more u invest,bigger the bonus

I have an interesting question.Will you try to get workers and companies that will be needed to build everything and pay them in crypto or you plan to go for normal real world companies and fiat in that arena?
Im pretty sure those companies will ask to be paid in fiat.

Looks like innovative and well prepared ICO from Swiss lands. Not sure how effectively it will work, but the team behind this project looks good and the concepts running on renewable energy is decent. But worries me is that there was one claiming simillar ideas and collected 100mln USD, yet it wasn't successful.
I dont expect anything less considering its in Switzerland
