Hey guys, I received my January batch S9s and they all seem to be OK....except 1.

The average hash rate is under 13.5 Th because it seems to drop sometimes to or below 10 Th according to Slushpool monitoring   The other S9s also go up and down in terms of hash rate, but never below 12 Th for example. Why is this one dropping so much? Is this normal?
