Little bird told me that the long waited announcement is coming up on Monday.

Multipool, blackjack and then some more exciting new stuff I cannot talk about.

APEX Strong !

MalboroMan

It seems that someone else knows about the little birds as well ! Major buying and selling happening !

I'm going to get some cheap Apex, under 2000 satoshi before this explodes !!!

Sorry we haven't been so active lately, there have been a few personal life issues that came up and we had to take a small step back from active development. We have some more announcements to release soon regarding this but for now let's talk about a development donation as you as a community once again steps up for. As you will know, the multipool is soon to be released and we just need a bit of APEX to donate to the multipool creator in order to make this happen (yeah it's always about the money). After receiving the final payment, our APEX multipool should be up in no time! Our QT dev. that does the amazing wallet we have, is ready with the tabs and code.

Here is the address and thank you for supporting us. Ride the APEX!

Multipool Donation Address: AdPytFevxQGxAWLrEagtDg2xdcwEEzBng8

P.S. The sooner the better as this will allow us to focus on some new tools and development for the coin.

-APEX Team

Thanks for the update APEX Team !

I wish I was here during this donation funding for multipool , I could afford maybe 10-15 K to donate. But I will donate for the future projects for sure.

Also, I think you posted before that this is a private server multipool, like dedicated multipool just for us ?

I'm gonna get ready for mining, this going to be exciting !

So as many people do - I did the opposite of what bobsurplus was saying, I bought more apex !

That's about the right attitude :-))) When well known faces tweets that "I am buying", "this is the next big coin", then they are already middle of the dump. This is a ridiculous environment.

Yeah , like the reverse psychology thing Smiley)) I know what you mean man. It's wild west out there, but in Apex we trust Smiley

The thread has been unusually quiet for the last couple of days. Perhaps something is in the workings, an critical announcement by the devs or something of great importance?

The price seems to be very stable in the 1500-1700 satoshi range, and I suppose that the thread always gets more active when we are going up or down, and we are not used to longish periods of price stability. Maybe we should get used to it? As Apex is growing it is certainly becoming more stable and less prone to manipulation. Or maybe nobody is saying anything, because nobody wants to sell at these prices? Smiley

Slow but steady growth is better than going up and down like a yoyo every week. I'll see you all at 10 K satoshi and beyond, I bet there is going to be a a lot of discussion in this thread then Smiley

Could apex go to 10,000 sat ?! You really think so man? I think 5,000 is possible, but more than that...hmmm...

It could go anywhere with a pump. On that pump note, I was a bit surprised to read that Bobsurplus sold his holding 300k APEX. The volume was surprising, wtf, that's all? That was less than 1 BTC investment because he got in at 300 satoshis. What kind of whales we are talking about if they play with only 1 BTC?

LOL Smiley

I saw that tweet too. I don't believe a word bobsurplus is saying. I've never actually seen him say that he dumped this much of this coin. He is usually always posting that he is buying, even in the middle of a massive dump. So as many people do - I did the opposite of what bobsurplus was saying, I bought more apex !

Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion

In the context of an 11 month bear market we have rising btc adoption, rising transaction volumes, rising merchant integration and astonishing VC funding into bitcoin companies this year. Fundamentals seem pretty bullish to me.

There is no real data on BTC adoption.  Anyway it is obvious that the BTC price is due to speculation, not adoption.  Without speculation, the demand for payment use may not be enough to support 100 $/BTC.

The NUMBER of transactions is rising, but the daily transaction VOLUME IN USD is basically flat, somewhat down from January.  However, we do not know how much of that is actual payments (BTC changing hands).

Merchant integration means more merchants are accepting dollars or euros that come from the sale of bitcoins.  It gives more excuses for early adopters to sell their old coins.  I have yet to see evidence that it is attracting new users.

VC funding seems to be going mostly into service companies, like exchanges, fund management, and payment processors; not into bitcoin itself.  Most of those investors do hope that the price will recover, or at least stop falling, so that they get more customers; but they will make money even if the BTC price gradually goes to zero.  And some service companies (such as slightly dishonest investment funds) will make MORE money in this case.

The big fundamental fact in the last 11 months is strongly negative: the Chinese government has made bitcoin nearly useless in Mainland China.  Apparently, the Chinese speculators who drove the price from ~140$ to ~1200$ have been leaving the market, with some ups and downs, since last December.

A new bubble will require opening some new market, bigger than Mainland China was before de December decrees.  Will the COIN ETF do that?

I respectfully disagree, we will not ever see 100 USD again, that is if we ever see it fall below - that would be the end of crypto. But this will not happen in a thousand years.

This is as good time as it gets. BTC at 350 USD is a bargain, many people are stacking up on cheap coins right now.
