Do we colonize Antarctica? No, it's too difficult and expensive. Do we terraform Sahara? No, it's too difficult and expensive. Mars Colonizing and Terraforming will be much more difficult and expensive than Antarctica or Sahara. So it's a dream at that time. We only can build a few scientific outposts for 1 - 3 trillion dollars.

Militaristic Japan Empire lose in war with USA so modern trading China has no any chance I think. But union China + Japan (or both Korea) has a potential to defeat american's forces.

Really communism is utopia and there is no any country who build it even USSR. Soviet "communism" as economy system lose to capitalism in everything, ex-commy betrayed their people and become oligarchs. So my choice is capitalism because it work. As an feudalism by the way.

Without revolution - no. Global elite will do everything to protect their power (money is a power, you know it). If need they even start WW3.
Global elite may have large investments in cryptocurrencies. Also they are smart enough not make Earth inviable after WW3.
If global elite can't control cryptocurrencies as a dollar, euro and gold they don't need it as a large investments instrument. So if crypt really will be danger for power of GE than they will find a way to close it. And if WW3 start it won't harm global elite only simple people.

Nothing. Wars and other conficts live in our human's nature. And now war is a business. When one soldier A kill another soldier B there is always some rich man C who have profit from this.

I think that they have always existed, only that the governments, and specially those guys from the FBI and the NSA are trying to hide it from us, can you even imagine how much chaos will it make if we discover that they really exist? i can not even imagine it by myself.
Why chaos? I don't think so. Normal people accept alliens. Only religious fanatics will not but they are not so powerful as early and can be a huge problem.
and so, functionally, politicians are meant to represent us in government, correct?
99% of all politicians represent only themselves or some clans that they belongs to. And they don't care anything exept money, power and our voices on elections. I think, direct democracy can solve this problem. But it will become possible only when all people become true citizen who really care about they state.
it has always been a big question for me why we need to spend so much effort and money to create life on other planets and why we don't spend as much effort to support the life of this planet?
The only reason to colonising any planet of Sol system with modern level of technology - it's creation of "second Earth" if Terra will be destroy.

Julius Caesar was a good general but he didn't create Roman Empire. It was build by Augustus. And because Roman Empire was the greatest, so Octavianus Augustus is my choice) Alexander the Great also was a good general but his Empire die after his death.

Without intervention, these "bad genes" would die and leave the gene pool... but, we keep these people alive, to pass on "bad genes" to the next generation

Agree. Governance without corruption it's a dream) But corruption can be difference. For example, in some european country with corruption build bridge and stole 10% of it's cost. It's a "good" corruption that don't destroy governance) And in some country from Third world - stole 100% of bridge's cost and didn't build it. Such country will fall soon or later.

In my opinion, the US will remain the world leader. The US has the most developed army, and it controls NATO
At the moment, having military strength and money doesn't really make a nation a superpower. Allies are very important as well and with that the USA have a lot of allies and because of that enemies are always afraid to attack them. Russia and China who have the potential to become superpowers at the moment don't have a lot of allies.
At that moment Russia has not any potential to become superpower - weak economy, poor demography, only propaganda dreams and nuclear bomb. China all history was only regional leader and it doesn't seems that now something will change. So if not USA than only EU may be superpower, IMHO.

I think no because there is not any reason for war yet. In WW1 were 2 hostile alliances and strong economic contradictions. In WW2 were 3 hostile alliances and strong economic contradictions. Now there is only one war alliance and all countries are connected in a single economic network. If NATO will fall, Europe and USA become economic competitors then WW3 become real.
