I'm sure the community will, given the effort that you've given just to compile this e-book, As Bitcoin adoption progresses, this e-book will become a classic and a great find, especially the hard bound, but you have to be rewarded. I think giving a special discount from time to time is another good idea.
I have a hard time with buying with Amazon, so I hope it will soon find its way to our country by resellers, just like all the other popular hard-bound books.

History is the foundation of the existence of anything. A few decades ago the study of history was compulsory in primary and secondary schools in my country. A new government came in and made the study optional. After some time the present generation began to lack knowledge about the culture and traditions of the country. Many of them began to adopt the culture of other countries and gradually local language, arts, culture and technology began to become obsolete. Good morals began to be substituted by social media culture and beliefs. Now the government is aware that they have caused more harm than good. Currently, history has been reintroduced as a compulsory subject that every child must learn.

If we don't record some important historical information about Bitcoin, we might end up adopting the culture of other currencies. We need to consistently remind ourselves about who we are and history books will help us to do that. OP is helping the community and we have to encourage him.
