Re: PhoenixMiner 6.2c: fastest Ethereum/Ethash miner with lowest devfee (Win/Linux)

The new beta version is ready. It is mostly a bugfix release, the more significant upgrades are coming next month. You can download PhoenixMiner 6.3b from here:

PhoenixMiner_6.3b_Windows.zip
PhoenixMiner_6.3b_Linux.tar.gz

The new features in this release are:

  • Full LHR disable mode -lhrdis <n>  1 - yes (default), 0 - no

  • RTX 3060 LHR       ~ 50 MH/s
  • RTX 3060 Ti LHR       ~ 60 MH/s
  • RTX 3070 LHR       ~ 60 MH/s
  • RTX 3070 Ti LHR       ~ 81 MH/s
  • RTX 3080 10GB LHR   ~ 98 MH/s
  • RTX 3080 Ti LHR       ~ 120 MH/s

  • Dual mining TON

  • Fixed an issue with expired SSL certificate that led to "certificate verify failed" errors when connecting to some pools (notably Ethermine) when using SSL connections
  • Show the GPU vendor name in the list of GPUs to make it easier to identify the GPUs
  • Added support for the latest AMD Linux drivers 21.40.1. There are some bugs in these drivers, particularly the clocks and voltages can't be set properly with older
    cards (RX4x0/RX5x0/Vega/RadeonVII)
  • Validated support for the latest AMD Windows drivers up to 21.11.2
  • Fixed issues with AMD RX6700XT cards with the latest AMD and Linux drivers
  • Fixed issues with AMD Vega and Radeon VII cards on latest Windows and Linux drivers
  • Fixed crash with very old Nvidia drivers (3xx.x)
  • Other fixes and small improvements

Known issues (driver incompatibilities, etc.) and workarounds:

If you are using Linux drivers 21.40.1 with Radeon VII cards, you need to add the option -fpwm 1 in order to have proper fan control.
AMD Linux drivers 21.40.1 has finally removed the requirement of PCIe atomics but there are problems when you try to mix Polaris (RX4x0/5x0) cards and Vega or newer cards on the same rig.
Some Nvidia cards will report a lot of stale shares under Windows 11. Using the same driver version under Windows 10 resolves the issue.

Suscpiciously all these noobs  posting weird post registered   on June 16 2018.

Seems like a classic stitch up. But then again what launch doesn't try and create some extra hype. The positive side should be the fact they are not rushing to try get on an exchange instantly like half the other launches. Doesn't appear to be a quick start up money grab to me so I'm chucking some of my hash power on it for a week or so to bag a bit and see where it goes.

Is this token available into the big exchanges?
1. A simple google search will give you the answer.
2. A simple read from post no 1 will give the answer.

Anyway answer is, No, not yet and maybe.

Seems someone is trying to generate interest in this coin by generating random posts. Our replies to that is only helping the cause.

That or every noob wants a slice of the action before it hits mainstream so they can buy their lambos, go to the moon and such...  Grin

I would say chuck a bit of hash power to this, Easily solo mineable currently so why not was a week or so of power and see what happens. I've seen worse gambles than that.

everyone knew that it will be shitcoin, but all of us was mining Cheesy

gold rush syndrome Cheesy

At least the time i spent with a few GPUs on this then decent PoS rewards and bailing before the realization and dump gained me a nice stack extra over what would have been gained on something reliable.

Gotta love shitcoins and people diving head first into them for that.

The coin is clearly a copy paste shitcoin. The dev clearly has no idea, Hence the failed math with the hard cap.

Took others to realize what was happening while he sat there and ignored it. I think at one stage a quote from the dev was "I think it will just continue to go past the hard cap"
Strange for a dev to be thinking instead of knowing what his coin will do xD

Hi,

Curious to know, I am currently mining on Whalesburg pool. Currently When the dev fee kicks in it stops all mining recreates the dag file and then mines to another pool. If I was to use this for would it stop that and send the dev fee to the Whalesburg pool I'm currently mining on?

Thanks!

"All the other monitoring solutions cost additional money depending on your rig numbers."
What does it mean?

I think they mean that other solutions we currently have for monitoring / controlling rigs remotely cost.

For people staking LMN with you the current stake rewards for the coin are at 600% annually which started over 8000 blocks ago. This is up for the 120% annually, That you are still offering to stakers.

Curious if you have plans to resolve this as you claim we will get 80% of PoS rewards, At the current rate we are well under that amount?

Firstly current PoS reward on LMN is 120%,  it seems announced info doesn't match the real wallet code:

lemanumd getmininginfo
{
    "blocks" : 69162,
    "currentblocksize" : 1000,
    "currentblocktx" : 0,
    "difficulty" : {
        "proof-of-work" : 4816.69964976,
        "proof-of-stake" : 33060554.18588568,
        "search-interval" : 16
    },
    "blockvalue" : 150000000000,
    "netmhashps" : 481106.22024105,
    "netstakeweight" : 39602832691863456.00000000,
    "errors" : "",
    "pooledtx" : 0,
    "stakeweight" : {
        "minimum" : 923799038730556,
        "maximum" : 0,
        "combined" : 923799038730556
    },
   "stakeinterest" : 120000000,
    "testnet" : false
}

Another thing - the PoS % written at PoS page doesn't change nothing,  service will share all rewards gotten by server wallet.

and if you mean 80% reward it's not enough (20% service fee is too high) don't use that service and use local wallet for staking.  If you don't know staking consumes a lot of CPU, surely I'm not going to buy additional server for every PoS coin

Your 20% fee is fine and expected for your services. I was not aware that the announced amount doesn't actually match. Strange that is the case.

Currently mining on your pool. So far appears to be brining in more coin Than I would normally get.

Very happy with the results and super keen for more features to be added to the mining site.

Keep up the good work!
