what's the guaranty that it will stay on nodes to prevent the "nothing at stake" problem,this is premine and you hold it in one of your wallet,anytime you can just drop it or dump it in the market,not a good distribution for a coin with no usage at all.

What happen if satoshi appears for sudden and dump his 1m BTC ?most probably BTC price will crash to the ground . there is no guarantee for BTC premined to stay in its address as well as USC premined , but if premined is being dump..there wont be any price for either coin.
