Basically Crypto-trade is a one man company indeed: for example, only the Big Boss Neotrix can make the transfer of shares (as the poor "support" guy admitted in a rare email from them).

Nevertheless other companies in the same conditions at least pay dividends regularly... 

Crypto-trade was definitely a bad deal, there's nothing else to say.

I still have to wait for them to transfer my shares 

Maybe if they were addressed to an amanuensis monk it would be faster...

9 days? Is not a long time.



I'm waiting for three months for the transfer of certain crypto-trade shares, and still nothing.

During this time I only received two - useless - emails from the support saying that only the big boss Neotrix could fix the problem and make the transfer.

take a look at TheRockTrading, if you are in SEPA area... They provide a relatively good service and have a customer care very quick and effective.
