Hey guys, today I played a "normal" competitive match as suddenly one of our mates begun to teleport at the beginning of some rounds.

I've never seen something like this before in CS and I've played a lot of CS in my life.
What do you think about this?
Is it a hack or exploit? How does it work?
At first I thought he was using a speed hack but it was too weird that he could move to the B site within freeze time.
If this is popular already then I'm sorry for the post but it's really the first time that I've seen that kind of exploit/hack.
Please let me know more about this.

Yes, VAC is in good standing. I'm selling the account because I need some money right now and I'm not depended on it since it's not my main account.
I never used any cheats or something like that. My main account is ranked at Supreme so it was easy for me to become DMG on the smurf account.
I got the account when my main account had a 7 day competitive cooldown. (I lost internet connection multiple times during matches)
