Good news just keeps coming in, this has to reflect on the price at some point. I give it a few more days for the Dwolla angst to wear off and then things are looking UP.

I have to say I'm completely surprised by the total lack of reaction to this news by the market.
How is that the coinlab civil lawsuit (which could take years to play out and may just fade away) can send the market into a 20% panic sell, but Mt Gox getting assets frozen (IMHO must worst/more serious than the lawsuit) and market almost no reaction.
I'm happy if bitcoin has become this resilient, but it just seems a bit unreal.

They don't bring down the price anymore, what they do is stagnate the fucking market. Another half month of "stability" would blow.

Oh come now, if people don't panic fairly consistently how can day traders make any money?
I've already made some money,
the real trick is not being greedy
I've got long term BTC that I never touch (no matter what).
But I've just sold all my current BTC and will sit this one on the sidelines for the next few days until this blows over. If I have to buy back at 5-15% loss in a few days...so be it...but I have no appetite to take massive haircut if this turns into panic.
(P.S. Sitting on the sidelines at bitstamp. No way I'd keep fiat or btc in Mt Gox right now)

For once I think there is a good chance for the price to downtrend some more, that being said...
Spiked at $116, just saying.
A far shot from the 125 resistance, futile.
It seems like bulls never give up. They might be right, but I've been thinking downtrend for a while now, but this is the first time enough things have gone wrong for me to really have a bit more confidence in that belief.

I am not a saver, but i wouldn't say that there are not any saver around using mtgox and losing money with MtGox Lag or even at this very moment with their inhability to log into MtGox (or maybe yesterday night with ANOTHER outage).
Whoah. Savers are unaffected by lag -- only traders can get hurt. The money changers. Savers are fine (stupid to use Mt.Gox as a bank, but fine otherwise).

My point is lousy exchanges are a part of unregulated market (as it stands -- i'm not saying it's intrinsic to lack of regulation). A trader is responsible for taking all the risks into account.
