Profit-taking and selling to the yokels that don't know/can't be bothered to buy them elsewhere. I sure as heck wouldn't buy 'em on Ebay. WAY too much opportunity for shenanigans.

I tried solo mining. my m8 just said that its pointles work doing it with regular pc.

since i have GUIminer i see big list of pools, wich of them is best to choose/easiest to use? i tried to read a little and found huge pile of dificult information. best way for one click mining?

(found out that eligius pool doesnt requaires any registration, just asks to ad my wallet number to GUIminer and thats it AS I UNDERSTOOD)

Many MANY different pools out there with different payout methods, different pooling methods (getwork vs stratum), different hashrates... I'm a n00b and still learning. Most of what I know I've learned here. What I've done? Read through the mining forum, tried various pools, and found something I liked (slush's).

Why is it so hard to get Bitcoins

It is always difficult to exchange bad money for good money.

Bitcoin is not bad money.

Which is why it's so difficult to exchange EUR/USD/GBP/RUB/JPY/etc for it.

Do you know that cpu mining is, like, useless, right?
Yeah I know but I have free electricity on this PC so I thought I might be able to get some hashes solved and get a little credit for it  Tongue

...which is exactly why Slush started his pool way back when in the first place! Smiley Even GPU mining is slow today. It's all about ASICs now.

.041. I have 4 bit-cents... and apparently very little sense.
