You can use calculators like Whattomine to check what is the most profitable coin. It al depends on your hardware what you can do best and if it's profitable or not.

If you use risers. Did you try to swap them? I had several cases where the riser died when it was turned off after days/months of duty.

The calculators realy can't keep up with the increase in hashrates on the other networks. It will take some time to get some decent readings from the calculators.

Re: Best CPU-mineable coin for 2022?

I think Raptoreum is still profitable for people with cheap electricity. I don't use my CPU's anymore as im going to €0,42 a kw in the coming period.

I tried mining Raptoreum using my Ryzen 3400GE and I got 89-120H/s hashrate, I minted for almost 3days but it seems my hash is not enough to mine RTM, and my projected income is 1.9 RTM in 3 days mining, and the minimum cashout is 10 RTM is some of the mining pool. I think AMD ryzen is not the best contender in cpu mining.

Actually Ryzen CPU's are the best for mining raptoreum. But a 3400GE is pretty low grade. Try a 5900X or 5950X and it's a whole different story.

These rates are ok for samsung memory. The clocks are good to. Maybe cclock is a little to low. Did you put in some custom memory straps? Or a BIOS mod?

It all depends on your memory type. I have 140+ RX580 running right now. The micron are the best with 33,5MH. SK Hynix and Samsung are between 30 - 32MH. i don't have Elpida.
Check your memory straps. You can try using amdmemtweak --REF 20 in the advanced config box, try 20 or 30. Some cards accept up to 240. wich will increase your hashes significantly.
You can also play with the core and memory state to lower your power consumption a bit.

What do you mean with water cooled? By a normal water cooled system you have a radiator to dissipate the heat, this way you still need fans on these radiator. Other thing you can do is a submerged system. But a far as i know you still need some movement of the fluids in the tank with some sort of pump or fan.

The effective heat a rig will generate is the same because the Watt's the rig consumes stays the same. You only move the heat away from the source more easily. So it stays cooler.

Search on youtube. there are dozens of tutorials there. Also, flashing a bios is never safe.

Flashing the bios will only work on cards with Hynix memory!

How does the maintenance wallet function work. Is the wallet mining with the pool of the original wallet? Or can a 2nd pool be selected. Because i dont see any hashrate on the original wallet pool.

You can split the mining reward between two adresses. Remember to specify the percentage as well

--maintenance-wallet <new adress> --maintenance-percent 5

5% of the mining revenue is mined to <new adress>
94.5% to  the normal wallet.
0.5% fee

So if im right for example

Wallet A (Main wallet)
Pool A (HiveOn)
Wallet B (maintenance wallet) Lets say 10% of 1gh
Pool B (uses HiveOn aswell?)

So when i try to search Wallet B on HiveOn, there should be 100mh/s hasrate.

lolMiner Version 1.43

dual mine Ethash + Ton the most profitable
hashrate
https://hashrate.no/

AMD RX 6800 XT and AMD RX 6900 XT are now giving a very good profit

What settings do you use with the 6900XT and what are your hashrates? im struggling to get them fast and stable.

Big improvement to the rejected share count in v1.49 on the hiveon pool and other pools that use the ethproxy protocol..

Thats good news. I will start a test in a few hours with my 12x BC-160 rig.

It was with 1.44. now with 1.45 i get decent hashrates. But Xintensity of 1024 is way to high. Almost 50% stales. Now with 128 i got no stales anymore in 30 minutes of mining. The hashrate is for 12 cards 10mhs slower then TRM.

mine with --xintensity 1024 on 2miners.com / nanopool.org/ miningpoolhub/ f2pool.com or other pools that pay for stales.. And get no stale penalty. The estimated stales reported in the miner window is wrong. TBM has 0.5% fee. TRM has 1% fee. A few MHASH faster might not cover the expensive fee.

https://github.com/sp-hash/TeamBlackMiner/blob/main/FAQ.md

Im stuck with HiveOn pool. So i don't want the stales. Im trying to find the best Xint to avoid them. And maybe make a test of 24hours of both miners.

This is what i get with TBM with the BC-160 cards. The Xintensity doesn't make any difference.

Is this the latest 1.45 version?

sp_ : are you planning on adding support for the BC-160 cards? I have 12 of them and i can't make it work with TBM (weird unstable speeds) for now the only miner i get decent speeds is TRM.
