Right now, Cryptograbby is the first All IN ONE advertising platform. and It's in the BETA version.

Bounty became an attribute of ICO. And at the same time it do not bring the proper effect. But because of the cheap price to try to promote the project in this way is good idea. Plus, you can connect other ways of promotion, for example, buy Reddit upvotes on upvotes.io

I do not know if Reddit is popular in Korea or not, but you can use the upvote.io service to promote projects on Reddit

just post information about the project in different groups and the build community are different things. To reach the target audience, you need a strategy and a big team. I wanted to buy accounts on different media platforms. And I bought. But now it's easier to use the services as upvotes.io and buy comments and upvotes than accounts.
As I know Quora is less popular than Reddit, but upvotes in Reddit is cheaper than your price for Quora. For example 100 upvotes costs 21.99$ in upvotes.io
Advertising services are much more effective than bounty, I think. But I do not think that facebook will go back and allow the advertising of ICO.
