Waiting for my withdrawal since more than two weeks …

Still unpaid. I am waiting for my withdrawal (max amount 1,3 mbtc) since 17th October. I tried to contact their support through their website every week but I did not receive any response so far. It‘s very annoying…

My withdrawal is unpaid since more than two weeks (request 08/31). support is also not answering (i created different tickets on their website). when will I receive my payment? my account is already verified (kyc).
