How can EC "stay ahead of the game" when GET-Protocol are selling tickets NOW.
Plus they have already raised 8800 ETH in the capped presale alone, despite an individual cap.
EC has only raised 2000 ETH in total so far.

Could Ambrosus please answer the following question with Yes or No:

The twitter message only talks about "Parity are working on this." and states that "No funds appear to have been moved anywhere."

That's no answer, because funds having being moved somewhere is not the problem. The problem is not being able to access those funds.

In the Bounty rules it says "The Bounty will be accounted and distributed after the ICO is over."

There are several competitors.

They are the only ones with a working product and they are already selling tickets on the ETH blockchain.
Their ICO will be next week.
