This is quite true as I witnessed something similar happened to another exchange. The scenario that transpired was that a certain coin has been placed in the 9th position (voting system in another exchange) for almost a month and the coins that will be listed will be the top 2 coins. Out of nowhere, hours before the end of voting period, this certain coin jumped from 9th to 2nd position. This can also happen to PRiVCY (being kicked out from its current position). The supporters of PRiV should be consistent throughout the voting period.
Great points addressed, but do not worry! If people normally vote as they are doing since Friday, things will happen naturally for PRIV! I've already voted 6 times, at that moment is to be humble and continue the work, because NEO and Stellar, are giant coins and strong communities! In Xiphos's voting, PRIV was the leader, but with 1 day and a few hours left to vote finishes, we lost the first place to the competition! Many said that they used bots, but the fact is that due to the climate they already won, there was relaxation and they stopped voting!  Wink

PS*Update thread title! We are in AD 17! Grin

Couldn't have said it better myself! When people get comfortable with their position they stop trying! People need to vote to the very end, there is no stopping now. This will be my 5th vote, chugging along everyday, lets win this and move on to the next one and crush that one too!

With everyday voting by most of the members and a 24 hour window certain lead in voting would secure the win.
Just a large number of competition supporters could make us lose the first place, which is hard to happen.

Coindeal is going great with voting.
But guys don't forget to give other votes too. Here are the links
https://txbit.io/Coin
https://www.coinpulse.io/
https://numex.exchange/vote/
http://aiodex.com/
https://coinex.com/vote

Some of them are really easy.

Yes, we should do that. Some of them are very easy to do.
If everyone hit those votes once or twice it would make a huge impact.
I have done my part.

Re: is buying new listed coin profitable?

Probably yes. But depends on many factors. Is it a scam, will the project be developed properly etc.
Many many things are counted, these times are very fertile for crypto so there is a lot of room for growth.
Pick the one that you think it will be a good investment and stick to it.

People won't vote so much unless it is mandatory.
So this is a good solution and a good way to get the job done.
Votes are going up at a nice pace.
Agree, people has to shows some commitment for free airdroped coins. Currently and with current voting speed we will crush voting in 1 week. So basically for next week we can think of removing it as mandatory voting, but it's up to mods.

the vote still has 22 days to run. it will be mandatory as long as it lasts. or we could be caught at the last minute

I agree. Many others give their best at the end.
So there is a lot of work to do.
If we continue to build up votes like this I think that PRiVCY has a good chance for listing.

It's not always about rank. You must do what you suppose to do when you get a job, we can put it that way. You will get paid in their coins, but you need to promote their product in the right way or by the rules that they set up. Giving extra effort is desirable.

After some socials and Google stepped out with a ban, we could use some great advertisement service.
There is a big space to fill it up, because new projects coming our way every day. Decent ones of course.

It is a good way for talented guys to get something in return for their work in blogging, but it is a big competition.
Creativity is in the first place and that is not a guarantee that you will be recognized, but if you are doing a quality and creative job you will get noticed.
Think out of the box and think how many guys can do what you are doing.

Try Jaxx wallet. But don't hold there to many coins. These applications are not so safe.
MEW and Metamask are ok even they are not what you are looking for.

Privacy coins will be more popular and they have many products on board.

Need help understanding selling..I have been reading on Bitcoin till my eyes bleed!..Please tell me If I am oversimplifying this...I buy a whole bitcoin on Coinbase..Hypothetically for 6k..I watch the graph and it goes to 7k all in the same day.I sell my Bitcoin @ 7k.. and just made a $1000.00?..Then can I turn around and buy another whole Bitcoin if it goes down again??

That's the one point of the game. Buy low sell high, multiply.
No, your eyes still didn't bleed buddy, you just started.

If it starts to rise it could go up fast. But I don't feel it. Bitcoin is levitating at same price with small rise here and there.
In February will remain the same. March is a different story.

Yes crypto have same concept like Forex, but it's not the same. crypto is much more volatile and it has own ''personality'' that is not similar to Forex.
Predictions are a long shot. Holding is the most secure option in many cases.

We will see this more often this and next year. It is the only logical move to accept crypto.
Countries that step into cryptocurrency regulation earlier will benefit more. But it's not an easy task.

They can try to ban it. China is well known for their control. Nothing unusual. It's not just with crypto. Everything that is threatening to government it is well controlled.
Population control, Tibet, Hong Kong and many other examples. I think that is not realistic to see such a control in next 50 years with all this technology today.
North Korea is an extreme example, but that dark won't last forever. People will see the light some day.
