Don't make the same mistake as bitcointalk and set up a forum on the completely outdated simplemachines platform.
If the matter is not bonus related it must be due to identity issues or a betting syndicate. bet365 is an operator with an outstanding reputation who would not lock accounts without valid reason. If the well known mediators are even refusing to look in the matter, the case must be an obvious scam. If you are looking for a hacker to access to these accounts for you, good luck. If you feel you did not violate their terms, there are various options to pursue this.

Yeah this is what I was doing before playing on a casino. As I said earlier, I thought comparing different reviews would give us an idea about the casino. But for casino superlines, only thepogg reviewed it genuinely.
Reading multiple is the right way to go, but it needs to be done with reliable sources. If any of them report payment issues or any other sort of misbehavior, move on. Otherwise it will not just be a gamble to play there but to receive a withdrawal as well.

Pretty much, yes. There are only few websites offering reliable online casino ratings/ reviews. If the Pogg has this operator blacklisted for a valid reason I would not think too much further and play elsewhere.
If the domains are as valuable as suggested you could easily purchase them all and make a big profit. Even if you did not want to buy all of them, an investment of a few hundred should easily make you a few grand, no?

Do not fall for fake reviews of online casinos. There are plenty of them. If the casino is blacklisted at the Pogg, it is for a reason. The site has more credibility than all of the others combined.
