I'm getting terrible hashrates on my rig with a celeron cpu.
About 100'ish hashes and cpu load 100%

On my desktop i5 my cards get ~280.

GTX 1060 cards.

@Oberotek; hahaha

see you in friday:)

laughs the one who laughs last
that pump of last week results news about of hard fork, now great news was ended, falling prices would continue

It's definitely not the fork alone.

Lots of news, EMC2 folks going to conferences, sponsoring events and getting the name and mission out there is the cause.

What made this coin go up so much? Did I miss something.

How much did it go up?

Honestly nothing too extraordinary happened, about +100% over several days.

Still way undervalued, compared to so many other coins. Potential is a lot higher.

I mined and held under the assumption that the musiconomi project was also based on musicoin.

Now it will instead be based on ethereum

So what exactly will this coin be used for if the "alliance" is using other currencies instead?

I've been submitting shares to suprnova nonstop, my client says i submit shares and suprnova shows we have found blocks, but my earnings show 0 and transactions show a huge dip when blocks were found and shares submitted, but i got nothing.

2017-08-07 18:18:49 <- reward
2017-08-07 18:35:15 <- reward
2017-08-07 19:13:24 <- next reward, but i was mining and submitting the entire time

Looks like a lot of shares have given me nothing. Stolen?

damn, only getting 13,x
core 2000mhz (+100), memory 3800 unclocked, 80% power
automatic intensity 19

Raise intensity to 21-22 and check.

Tried everything from 14-24, nothing is better : /

1060 6GB cards

Are you sure you're running my miner or _sp miner? Seems fair speed for 6Gb on tpruvot's implementation.

Somehow i was running ccminer 2.2 from git and when i switched to this https://github.com/palginpav/ccminer/releases/tag/skunk-1
i started getting 17Mh/s
I guess i assumed the higher version was newer when looking

Thanks!

I installed CUDA toolkit 7.5 on my ubuntu 16.04(nvOC 0018) box and it worked, thanks palgin! Since CentOS version uses CUDA 8.0, I'd suggest upgrade to CUDA 8.0 for ubuntu in next release.
BTW, do you take dev fee? If not, I think 1~2% is fine.

my hashrates:
1060  6G  16
1070  27.3
1080ti 44.6

clocks and power for 1060?
cc+100,mc 0,80watt,64C,85%fan.

Happy to report that i got 5 gpu's connected when i used new risers.

Not going to try more for now.

And if anyone ever reads this thread, setting PEG to Gen1 produced lower hashrates and unstable gpu load (fluctuated between 90-100% gpu usage)
When i set it back to auto, it is stable at 100% usage.

All my five cards builds on z270 were easy to do.

Would have been easy if i didn't have an absurd amount of dead unopened risers (6 out of 8 ) Smiley

Currently got 2 cards directly on the board and 2 on risers...4 connected and clocking in at ~90Mh/s

Hopefully it was all about bad risers and 6 is still possible.

Google search "motherboard_name_here mining 6 gpus"

some of chipsets are crappy and cant run more them 3 or 4 gpu at same time

The z170 are known for being a pain in the ***, maybe z270 have the same problems,

try updating bios

That's the thing.
Since i needed to build a frame too, i followed this vid https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MA_sH4q2toU

They seemed to have no problem making 6 GPUs appear, so i assumed it was a safe buy.

Gonna need to get some new risers then...hopefully this is all that's wrong.

After a grueling trial and error, i have concluded that either the motherboard is broken or all my risers are dead except 2.

And in some pcie slots the cards work and in some they dont....is this normal?

I have a 3gpu mining pc already and did some mining a few years back but this seems absurd.

Are there rules as to where i'm allowed to plug the cards for them to start working?

Extremely difficult to get cards to show up and machine crashes fast when mining
by
Vaim
on 20/06/2017, 19:03:24 UTC
I bought:

MSI Z270 SLI PLUS
6x GTX 1060 6GB (4 arrived so far)
Celeron G3930
4GB RAM
120GB SSD
2x 600+W psu (seasonic 620W atm, real ones not here)

Windows 10

I set everything up and started adding cards one by one, but they just will not show up, whatever i do.

Very often the machine will not even give me a picture after adding a second card.

I have 7 or so USB risers from a few years back and never used them.

I am virtually out of ideas.

Trying to add a card to any slot often results in no signal on HDMI or if i boot and get to bios, the card is simply not there when i look at "Board browser".

When i finally got 2 cards detected, the machine freezes after less than a minute of trying to mine.

This is frustrating as hell. Could all my risers be bad?

by

I sent my first mined 1,3ETC to polo but they never showed up. Immediately got a paper wallet and started depositing there instead.

Support said "I am very sorry to inform you that we are currently experiencing a momentary problem with the wallet and had to disable it for maintenance.
As soon as the wallet is re enabled your deposit will credit."

2 days ago. My deposit was 3 days ago.

Poloniex deposit from mining not working
by
Vaim
on 16/06/2017, 08:03:25 UTC
I recently started mining Ethereum Classic and set my address to my ETC wallet in poloniex.

I set the minimum payout to 1 ETC and poloniex says it does not accept fewer than 1 ETC.
" The minimum amount for deposit is 1 ETC. Smaller deposits will be credited once they total this amount."

So yesterday evening i hit 1 ETC and the payout happended.
The amount was 1.02 ETC.

This was still not on my account this morning.

So i set the payment to less and cashed out the 0.3 that was on my miner at the time.

Now i have payments of 1.02 and 0.35 ETC confirmed for hours and they are still not in my wallet.

I triple checked the address and everything is correct, yet no coins.

Is poloniex stealing my coins? This comes after i've tried to withdraw my MYR coins for 2 weeks and i still cannot do it and support is non-responsive.
