We are sorry, there were some legal changes shortly before the start of the claiming process. Unfortunately, it is necessary for HERO to proceed this way to comply with Austrian legislation.
You have to fill out everything, otherwise you won't get your bounties.

Ok, thanks. And what will happen with this personal details and who will have access to this data? What is your personal data protection policy? Can I find it somewhere on your site?

I tried to claim my bounty for signature campaign on herocoin site. I fill my email address and MEW address, but the site wants me to fill another personal details as full name and full address. There was nothing written about this details in the bounty thread and providing of this personal details weren't listed as condition of joining signature campaign. I don't want to fill this informations. Is that mean that I won't get any tokens?

I'd like to ask why the herocoin site asks personal details from me. Nothing like thid was noticed before I had joined signature campaign. If I won't give them this informations I won't receive my tokens?

I bought BTC in BTC ATM and I had it in my wallet (electrum) within 10 minutes. Transfer to the exchange depends on exchange but it is not very long time. Most time in your case consumed sepa transfer. If there isn't BTC ATM's in your country, maybe credit card payment will be faster, or try to find someone with who you can exchange money for BTC, but this isn't very secure option.

I bought golem when its price was pretty high, and i lost about 50% of my money, but I havn't sold them yet. I wait until my losses will be smaller.

I thing that coins with good projects with updates and good dev team will survive. Coins which are only copies of something with nothing new will die.

I sell when it double its price, but I only take my investment back and than I hold coin for one year. I can reply this if price grow again.

If coin has a low marketcap it can easily grow. Price can increase very fast, but mostly it decreases very fast too. It is just pump and dump.

There is some possibility that there coins will rise again so now you hold. I always try to take back my initial investment as soon as possible and I am holding rest of coins.

You need to realize that not everybody has day and night at the same time. But it can be possible for big markets, like china, east USA.
