Nowadays, it is extremely difficult to track illegal data distribution and copyright breach on the Internet since free copying is almost unrestricted. How can Credits blockchain protect the rights of authors?

I don't think they all will be launched right away after the release, but only a part of it and maybe later add some more to provide the network with more high-spec nodes

There's release 3.1 shown on Monitor page, but I think they just made minor improvements to already finished 3.0 that's why it's 3.1)

Today, they announced that there will be more updates and some changes in consensus functions and it is renamed to 3.2 version

Just another noob question : what if I run a node and I shut down my computer, and then open it again.
Does it download again the whole blockchain or does it work like differential backup (only the modified/new blocks are downloaded and added to the main database) ?
