Yes, newbie can trade and everyone in the cryptocurrency world can trade as long as they know what they are doing and what are there capabilities on trading. Everyone has the right to trade because everyone who have money or funds that they can risk will qualify to start trading as long as they know the pros and cons of trading. Over 850 millions of people use alipay as means of payment mostly in china and i heard lots about wepay as well, i come to think of it that what if bitcoin was been used in their places instead? if alipay and wepay can get to where they are today then altcoins have all the chances of survival as well. i guess it will hard, and pump in 2017 is like lucky for alt season because btc pumping, now we can see btc dominance is 68,3% is very higher.

now is the right time to invest on crypto and if you want to earn try to learn trading itBinance is still operating and it's my main exchange and I haven't had any issue with them so far, the only problem sometimes 2AF doesn't work for me when I change my computer, other then that have no issues at all. I don't expect them to shut down their business any time soon since they are on their way to become the leader once they added the real dollar. Having that said, never keep your assets on exchange for more then week, not even one day if you have no problem with paying fees.
