VERTEX V2 HARD FORK

Vertex is about to be forked in order to reduce the insane inflation.

The code was cleaned up and prepared for further smooth development.

Version 2.0.0 of dramatically reduces Proof-of-Stake rewards to combat inflation.

Rewards are effectively 1% APY for all PoS minted blocks AFTER March 15, 2017 00:00:00 UTC.

This release constitutes a hard fork of the network to enact these changes.

As such, previous version clients will be disconnected from the network at the aforementioned time (fork time).

Clients have to be upgraded until the time of fork in order to avoid risk of disconnection.
