Thank you for your support and yes we are here for long term. Two years ago when we start this project US retail market experienced less demand on automation then Today so we fill it's right time before big players took positions.
You say you're working on a project two years but your domain is couple of months old. How come?

Re: Best of (upcoming) ICO's

Hi guys,

right now we have a lot of exciting new icos coming.

I am not starting this thread, so I do not have to do my own research. I am starting this thread, because as a community we can share our knowledge, hint others in directions they did not see, spread our knowledge and let the community (and our bank accounts  Wink) grow.

Soon there a following icos, which really spark my interest and I think everyone of them is worth participating.

Civic
Status
openANX
Tezos
tenX
Wagerr
Dcorp
Omisego

There are too many icos. One can not participate in all of them. Please share with all of us your thoughts and advice about these icos and may add more, which spark your interest! We all can profit from this.
I will also add websites, infos and my thoughts, which will hopefully help everyone as well.

Cheers
The ICO which has really sparked my interest is reOrder - https://ico.reorder.world. Their idea is fresh and their product (which is already working) will always be in demand as terminals they are promoting will be useful for any participant - food institution owners, institution visitors and institution stuff.
Check their project and see for yourself that this idea is really promising.

Hey guys,
what ICOs have the highest potential to be successful this summer ? I'm especially interested in the tech based projects, are there any new tech developments coming out this summer ? Any new blockchain as a service platforms ? I don't know where to invest, but I love technical upgrades so i decided to invest in the ICO which can convinces me the most with its tech innovation.
Well, if you haven't chosen any project so far, I am suggesting you to check out this idea - https://ico.reorder.world.
The project is already very mature. They have a working product and a real growth potential.
The best thing about it that they plan to install their terminals for free, which most likely will make their product very popular among users in no time.
So check it out if you haven't seen it yet.

came across this coin[jesuscoin] and after reading the white paper i had to laugh for a while and then felt insulted as a christian .i think the ICO game is getting out of hand if not controlled properly.i now understood better why the Chinese government had to place a ban on ICOs.Visite the site if u haven't and drop ur comments below
We should be grateful that it's easy to tell that the coin is a scam and focus on much better ideas.

Re: Do you invest for long term or short term gains?
by
Vervesh
on 08/09/2017, 14:15:07 UTC
Depends on whether you prefer to invest in coins or ICOs. It's very rare to get short term gains from ICOs, but they might bring you the highest profit.
It's great to get short term gains on trading, but often traders loose faster than they can invest, as the market is highly volatile.
I stick with ICOs. Find the idea I believe in and wait for my profit Smiley

Re: Can i participate in the ICO without creating an Etherium address?

Any one can answer my question?
Some even accept cash as I heard, but of course it depends on the ICO. Just make sure that the requirement to have an Ethereum wallet doesn't stop you once you find a really good project to invest in. You can always use exchangers to invest cash. No need to really hold Ethereum coins on your wallet.

Cryptocurrencies have become a huge progress in the world of currencies. Even if the governments forbid all ICOs, the inventors will find the way around or will simply break through. The progress can't be stopped.

Re: What questions should I ask myself before investing in a cryptocurrency?
by

Actually many things :

  • Am I sure to really understand what crypto money is?
  • what are the risks of crypto-investment ?
  • How much FIAT money can I afford to invest on a monthly basis ?
  • What could be the possible outcomes of a state regulation of the crypto world
  • Why do I want to get involved in crypto world ?
So you really have to invest fiat money every month? No chance to earn something and then continue with the profit you've made, instead of investing more cash?

Questions are:

Can I afford to lose this money?
Do I understand marketcaps?
Am I investing because I can see how valuable this idea can become or because people are saying it's great?
Don't you think that other people's opinion might be more valuable at the beginning? They might have more experience and understand much better than I do. Isn't it right?

Re: And the most undervalued coin award goes to...
by

I believe in free distributed coins, as user define value rather then miners or amount raise during ICO. The more people have coins the more valuable they are. For now there are only 2 good projects. DeepOnion and ByteBall. And you can get them for free. Do not hesitate to join!
Good luck with that!
That's called inflation and it brings the value down. The more people that have it, the bigger the price? NO.
The more people that trade, the higher the price. Airdrops will do nothing to the price, maybe even lower it.
DeepOnion is a great coin and I still have it in my sig, even though I am not in the airdrop anymore.
I agree. If the market cap is too high, the coin's value will never get too high. Look what happened to SIA. They had billions of coins and their value never grew higher than $0.16.
The action around the coin (like trading or using it to purchase stuff) make it valuable.

try just to stay around bitcoin for now, and keep the eyes on the altcoins, just jump in when u at least understand how the things work.
True. If you want to make a safe and smart investment, then focus on Bitcoin. It won't let you down Smiley

Of course, if you are looking for an exciting project, then make a research of ICO, but as it was said, that's going to be a long term investment. Don't expect for quick profit.

ask yourself what you really want to do.
you need to accept these things:
- trading altcoins is very risky
- altcoin market is very manipulated
- you can lose a lot of money but you can also earn a lot too.
- it will require a lot of time to learn and a lot of time to study and trade.

if you are ready to do all this and accept the risks that comes with them then you are ready to become a trader.
i say "trader" instead of "investor" that you used because i believe investment in altcoins is not really a good choice but rather trading them is the better choice that you can be more successful in.
Doesn't trading require special skills before you start? I've seen lots of my friends loose bunch of money in the market while the others eventually earned on investment.

You do not have to invest more than you can lose. Also you should analyze the project in which you want to invest - team, problems that the project solves, project competitors and more
Is there any plan you use to analyse the project?

How can you tell that you are ready to become an investor in general and a cryptocurrency investor in particular?
Would be great to hear the opinion of experienced investors.

Re: ICO is the best way to invest?
by

on 05/09/2017, 09:54:28 UTC
It is today, but it's important to weigh all the risks. It's important not to invest in the ICO you find attractive. You should make a research, check the team, search for possible competitors, check their roadmap, etc. It is the best investment, but you have to be smart.

Re: Alot of ICOs around, which one is scam free?
by
Vervesh
on 05/09/2017, 09:36:50 UTC
It's hard to tell if an ICO is scam or not on the early stage of the project. Whitepapers are so deceiving right now that they look so promising. No one can detect that unless you do your own research about the team and have your own jurisdiction on that specific ICO.
How about the opinion of websites that make their overviews of the ICOs. Like Hacked Analysis. They make their own research of about the team, check for potential competitors of the ICO, etc. Do you think you can trust their opinion or only own research counts?
