The problem is to apply VR equipment massively, the cost will be too high and hard to realize it I think.
VR equipment costs are high because the technology is new and the equipment is not ready massively. People are still not aware of Metaverse news so they do not think that the technology exists. But in the future, if the Metaverse project can grow faster, the equipment will be ready and the cost will also reduce. So it is normal to see something will cost higher as not many big companies are involved in the new technology. Luna, Avax, and SOL can be the investor choice right now as they have already gained a big profit from the beginning until now.

But I think the potential of these art work might be overvalued.
Take an example, I've just participated in an NFT art work value prediction on X Predict market.
