Today is a really cheap price for PRiVCY on exchanges. I will pick some of it.

Ethereum devs will take 33% from rewards per block (from 2 to 3 eths) and postponed difficulty bomb. Miners are not concerned, they just want devs to code the eth blockchain to push out the ASIC miners.

Ethereum is technically ahead of Bitcoin. Bitcoin have another problem. Even the good upgrades are possible it is hard to make them.
On reason is that everything is need to be backed up with miners and others or upgrade will fail.

10000$ is more realistic, maybe little more in 2018. Eth will be in this stage of his for at least for one year and then will go to his ice age slowly etc.
